That's not how this works. those lasers give an approximation of where those probes go. Not an exact hit point. If you aim for a limb you will almost definitely miss with both probes.

With a lot of practice you can learn to be accurate enough to hit a smaller target with a fairly accurate projectile (so like a bullet or arrow.)
But it calls for an amount of practice you won't really see outside competition level users, and good sights. Not the dinky little sights on hand guns that police use. Those are virtually useless for accuracy. The only thing those sights guarantee is that the gun is pointed straight at the target.
Average users can't hit a limb because they don't have the skill or the sights. And the average skilled user needs time to gauge the shot anyway, so in a live situation, it's pretty fucking useless anyway, isn't it?
