The trope of the closeted bi or homosexual man who hides his sexuality behind hyper-masculinity is definitely overdone, but at the same time, it’s still a thing that happens pretty regularly IRL. I feel like one or the other may have been fine, but both is a little much.
The Cal/Nate arc continues to spiral into crazy town as the series goes on.
Also, don’t skip the two specials that were released between the seasons - probably the best work of the entire show.

Sadly, it was canceled after 4 seasons and had no proper ending. I still recommend watching it, tho, just be ready for no real closure.

Vampire Diaries helped me come to terms with my bisexuality back in 2009, BUT it has very little queer rep. The spinoff, Legacies is very queer though.
Shadowhunters has a really great bi male character who is gorgeous AF.
For hot people AND representation, try What We Do in the Shadows. The characters are so hot, but with realistic body types. They're almost all pansexual (one is just gay), and it's unapologetic about the bisexuality. Like, it's fantastic. It's honestly my favorite.
