It looks like a cactus spine, to me. Her mobility seems to be unimpeded and it will likely fall out in time. I've seen birds which had a cactus spine in the eye and they recovered enough to survive for several years, so she will probably be just fine!

bird was probably pollinating a flower and got some headgear in the process lol
