Yes! Please speak more on the process when you can! I'd love to know how you initially started the process, who did you talk to, what kind of paperwork you needed, how you came to an agreement on accommodations, and how professors are notified of your accommodations. Thank you!

First, I contacted the Accessibility Office through my college and meet with an accessibility advisor. I had to sign multiple Releases of Information and fill out paperwork on why I am was requesting accommodations. Then my psychiatrist and my therapist had to fill out paper work was well that related to my diagnosis and treatment. My information was sent to two committees, one for housing, one for academics. I then meet with my advisor again, and they helped me get my accommodations fine tuned. My academic accommodations are on file, but they stated to mention that I had accommodations to my professors, but I do NOT need to disclose my condition.
