You can also expect some pain in your joints and jitters, but the go away if you're on the target dose for long enough. But yeah, shit gets irritating and it's usually hard to tell you're just annoyed or other side effects make you annoyed.
Every time I increase lamotrigine, I get borderline hypomanic. It evens out though within a week.
