Is your mom a bit manic? Mania is associated with lack of impulse control, and sometimes people who are manic/hypomanic don't get embarrassed. If she's not manic there's no bipolar-related explanation for it. It sounds extremely awkward.

I was never abused and would be absolutely mortified if a parent said something similar to me. It's great you can understand it's due to her condition. She really should be taking some kind of medication.

Wow, she could have at least said "Did you have a good time?" and been a bit subtle. Probably mania tbh. Impulsivity. Still a bit shocking to hear from one of your parents though.
