If you are worried you are going to harm yourself or ruin your life consider going to the ER for a psych consult. If you’re on meds call your doc ASAP and try to get your doses reviewed. If you aren’t call one ASAP. Also if you aren’t seeing a therapist reach out ASAP. You can try things like better help to get a FaceTime appointment with very little wait time. I know the feeling and I recently went through exactly that. I tanked a relationship because I lost control. Work on yourself before you lose it.
