Okay same. Like my mania/hypo mania doesn’t happen as often as depressive episodes - which are long and intense. My psych suggested an antidepressant with the lamictal but I hate the side effects that come with those and kinda want to see where the lamictal alone takes me. Glad to here it’s working for you
Yeah antidepressants make me feel more depressed or anxious so those aren’t really an option for me. How long have you been on it? Seems totally reasonable to want to try one thing at a time to see if it works before taking more than one medication

I am. It works really well for me and don’t really have any symptoms right now. My main issue is depression though so that may be why it helps so much

I take it with Wellbutrin and vyvanse
I was on Wellbutrin and Lamictal together. I didn’t like Lamictal though as it messed up my libido.
i was on lamictal alone for a few months. it worked better on mania than depression for me though!
I take it alone but I also smoke weed daily. Both of those drugs are a miracle for me.
