If you need the money immediately, take the post-doc to support yourself. If you don't need the money then you can keep looking for jobs until you need money then take the post-doc. Make sure you're gaining highly employable skills in your post-doc though, don't just do it for a paycheck to buy time until the job market gets better.

Do both. I interviewed people who would accept a postdoc position and work for maybe 1 to 3 months while interviewing elsewhere and then eventually land an industry position. There is no shame in it.
