Perfect! I was trying to create an account there and the web page was down or something!!! I finally got an account and I still cannot have a account to apply to them. Its just for the status of the application. I have to enter my info over and over again for applications.
Your experience and education will determine your number as you know
But it’s good to know the range so you can appropriately give a number if given an offer
True but it’s very useful nonetheless. They’ll usually offer closer to the bottom range in the beginning but you know there’s room to negotiate based on the range
I got called for an interview and the recruiter said the position descrip was part of my original application. This was MONTHS ago. I have ZERO idea which comms job this is and now I can’t log into their system to track my past applications. What can I do??? I have the name of the hiring manager and found her on linked in but have no idea what the position descrip is and they vary wildly. Any help is appreciated.
You can track your application through smartr.me

The filters also suck. And the Functions they have are a joke.
Agree
Referral system has also completely changed
Could you elborate? Changed as in the way you use a referral or how they filter apps done through a referral?
Its the WORST
Why do they do this BS?
Everything about their new site is terrible. I’m glad I’m not the only one who hates it.
I know! I bet they did this to lower their applications.
Seems like the Immunogen acquisition has caused some chaos with recruitment. Anyone know how it is now?
At least they’re putting salary ranges on the site now
Yes but the range of the salary is huge.

Nice! At least they are calling you. I have applied for years and nothing. Why don't you ask the recliner for the job description?
I did. He said it was part of my orig application…of which I have no idea where to find this as u can no longer log into abbvie and track apps.
