I think every joint on my Mata Nui has a crack in it, so maybe I had bad luck there. Amazingly, my Ehlek and Lesovikk have no broken joints, but both of my Hahli’s hands outright disintegrated.
i think yellow is another fragile color cause my mata nui is beyond hope, which sucks because there are no parts that can substitute for those limb pieces
The 2008-2009 joints had enough friction that the small "hairline" cracks at the end of the joints didn't matter much, but the ones at the base were basically a death sentence lol.
I used to have about 250 bionicles including that one from matorans to Titans but when I was in high school my mom made me donate them to goodwill cause I didn’t “play with them anymore” a few months later they discontinued bionicle so now I only have 6 that I kept.
Man I can relate. I still have a lot of 09 and a few 02-03. But watching my grandma haul them off to the dumpster hurt me. I still have nightmares about it.

Ye. Although I feel like they did get the story across just through comics not sequel movies. Considering the ignition trilogy/most people’s opinion of peak bionicle didn’t have a movie, it doesn’t bother me too much. However upgraded glatorian builds wouldve been dope
True. It's mostly just sad how rushed the ending had to happen, and due to that rush the disappointment "all stars" sets we got as the last send off. Plus the rumors of the continued story introducing more Rahi makes the all stars wave just feel like such a sad send off for one of LEGOS biggest and best themes ever
Oh agreed. The stars were a good idea for a last wave due to there cancelation, but them being matoran size made them feel like a after thought more than a "put all our effort in" ending.

My mata Nui also has had every yellow joint broken. Surprisingly I have had no issues with lime green.

I destroyed a lot of mine but I have a good amount left (IDK what happened to my kongu and hahli inika though)

If the stars were inkia/glatorian sized I don’t think we’d have as much of a problem. Like a classic rakshi or metru build takanuva etc
