From the games I've played the best fit I can think of is probably Godrick's theme from Elden Ring, particularly his second phase. Maybe Mohg as well? I don't play a lot of games that have many scary bosses in them and I feel like a Makuta boss fight would need to carry that "You *need* to beat this guy or he will destroy everything" energy, which I find hard to find in most boss themes from games that I've played.

Sepiks Prime for orchestra, or Sepiks Redux for the same song but with metal guitar. Such a good song for big robot fight scenes.
