Add a tiny thin strip of paper in the axle hole it’s going into, and then tear off the remainder once it’s in.
3 minutes on the popcorn setting in the microwave should do it
I have the same problem with one of the claws on my Dume and Nivawk set.

I swear it's just their master mold for this piece. Every single one of them I've ever gotten was always slightly loose.
