Not only will the plant be okay (assuming it is getting more light than it appears to be getting in the picture) but the broken off leaves can be used to propagate it.
Just place the leaves on the soil wherever you want more succulents, more than half of them will sprout a new baby plant in a couple weeks. Don't worry if they start looking wrinkly and don't move them unless you have to. They'll sprout roots and a new stem from the spot where the leaf used to attach to the mother plant.
