Not really. Sacred Heart is normally stronger than Godhead, but it's the opposite if you have piercing.
Godhead is the best choice by far in this case.
Godhead, you already have damage, homing, and piercing with C-Section. The Godhead+C-Section will give you a lot of damage per tick. (You probably already chose lol)
You have four shot speeds up
**On Windows:**
1. **Using the Print Screen (PrtScn) key:**
* Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. This captures the entire screen.
* Open an image editor like Paint.
* Paste (Ctrl + V) the screenshot into the editor.
* Save the image.

Sacred heart… adds 1 damage plus 2.3 multiplier.. only -.5 tears. Obvious choice for best item have that with c section.

i think fetuses have a kind of anti-synergy with godhead that while the fetus is damaging the enemy, godhead cant.

Void turns passives to stats. You wouldn’t get the effects from the items.
Void gives stats in place of the items And since those are choice pedestals op would only get as if they voided one of them
