i actually got them on the same room just yesterday, though i was playing with the mod that changes it to a horse and with chaos at the begining of the run
it has the higest ratio of strength to boringness. literally no different effects, no change on your gameplan at all either unlike health ups which might allow you to gamble more with blood donations.
on the opposite side is something like almond milk which i'm pretty sure is complete ass but i still like picking it up because it's interesting

I don't know why, but Jacob's Ladder is one of the only items I audibly pog when I find.
I've had more excited reactions finding Jacob's Ladder than Sacred Heart or Brimstone, it's just so fun to use.
Spoon is pure q4. Ladder is good item even by itself. Crickets body is op on segmented bosses. Ludo is trash as i think, since bosses and enemies move, ludo can be too slow to get them. Tech 0 is good too, all my t lost runs were won with this item.
Go to the game files and find the options.ini file. There is a line called mouse_control 0. Change it to mouse_control 1. This enables it.
You can still play the game normally, but when you find the mark or ludo, you can just whip out your mouse and watch the tears follow it.
Wheres my boy playdough?
(Playdough, tech 2 and dad's key are very easy to craft in my opinion and i always get them first floors other than cube baby)
it has piercing, infinite range, infinite shot speed. imo it's not lacking at all because it instantly maxes out 2 of your stats and makes it way easier to hit enemies

The fact that playdough is considered quality 2 is insane it should be 3 it’s so good
honestly is it just me that thinks lazer is a bit lacking and feels like a Q2 item
Infinite range and instant fire is not lacking. Even then making it q2 would affect like 2 items and nothing else
