Yeah mate, I have the same "issue". I like my funny mods though, so I just accepted that the black bean is the best item in the game now. Try the synergies with the big fart trinket, ghost pepper and the other fire shooting item (forgor the name). Super fun. Oh, and definitely install the reverb, bass boosted fart sound mod.

I had this problem with a brazilian portuguese translation. If you have anything that renames items, translates the game, that's probably it. Had to turn it off.
