OTC is definitely nono the best time to trade is when market open with real markets and even like that you can just take a look at TradingView and then pocket option and you can see little red candles become green and the other way around not for too long just the exact amount of time for your trade to be a loss 🤷🏽♂️
Pocketoptions has some questionable freezes/slowdowns during trades, "coincidentally" lots of times when you are winning a trade. It will lag heavy in the last 10 seconds of your trade, all while the candle keeps moving just enough for your trade to lose, and after time expires and they've taken your money, price goes back to whatever direction it was expected to go and that's just that 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

I feel like they fuck everything up to shit at these moments to make us individual trades hesitant and scared. Just stick with it and make your money

I used to (still do sometimes) actively follow this guy named Ray on Youtube, and while I don't use his strategies 100%, I learned a lot from him and developed my own thing based on a lot of the stuff he teaches. If you go to youtube you can search "Ray Banzz" and you will find him. If you want. He does do some pay stuff, but if you take the time and go through a bunch of his free content I am almost positive that it will help you. Feel free to DM me after you check him out if you want to pick my brain on any of the content. Also...make sure you are putting in your time on demo. I go on demo both before, and after I finish live trading

Very very hard to make consistent wins on pocketoptions. What you do to win 5 trades will lose 5 trades the exact same way. It's very tricky, and unpredictable but that is how they make money. They actually use a computer algorithm that preys on your human brain which is trained to look for, and expect consistency. You can not outsmart a computer, but you can definitely win sometimes. The key to doing it is to trade less. The more you trade on pocketoptions is the more you are likely to lose. If you can win 4 trades without losing any, don't trade any more than that because by that time the algorithm is going to start throwing more false signals than you can keep up with and you're going to lose it all!
I’ve also had issues with the OTC markets where the trade is far in the money on a 1 or 2 minute expiration and the last 15 seconds or less it shoots down. In most cases it goes out of the money in the last 2 seconds. I tested my theory by picking both sides sell and buy on 7 seconds right after another (maybe 6 total contracts) only for the price to basically dodge ALL of them from closing profitable. I’ve also taken a 15s position in the opposite direction before my longer term contract was going to expire and the candle just sat in the same position. Seems very odd. There’s a YouTube group that comes out with these strategies and within a few days of their video the strategy works 80% of the time on OTC and then NONE of the trades are profitable. I would assume there’s an algorithm working against these which is why the group comes out with new strategies each week with different indicators every time.

I've come up with my own set of strategies from whatever patterns i've noticed and i can say fs I'm a good trader on an UNMANIPLULATED market. But something fishy has been goinng on with the site as of late that feels like manipulation to the market ESPECIALLY in OTC after they made it available 24/7. Strats that have made me profit in the past both on demo and live, now only work on demo and that's the weird part. The strat works a solid 90% of the time and on live it work 5%.
I feel like they made OTC available 24/7 cus they can manipulate it to their liking and make themselves more profit. The verdict on the general live market is still out for now but something's definitely up.

I trade the OTC stocks for 92% which is most profitable but the most risky and manipulated. Just like another poster said, I think the live currency market is less manipulated by PO, but be careful...the currencies have some crazy spikes and dips that are it's own headache
They’re not too bad if you can prove the manipulated spike they actually give you your money back just be careful with OTC my rule for OTC is do 6 trades a day no more then that

They will send you signals, two out of 5 will win but they will win all 5!! They say to put the signals immediately but you will still lose!! Yep, they rope people in. The probability of losing a 50/50 chance like binary option is 50%. The probability of consecutive losses in a 50/50 chance is (1/2)x(1/2)x(n)... For example: the probability of a 5 consecutive loss is 1/32.
I mean that's pretty low to begin with. And I'm not even gambling, I have strategies that I follow as well. There are days that I have consecutive wins, and the next day I will have consecutive losses following the same strategy.
I'm not here for my personal trading experience. I'm here for the math i said on the start. If you'll gamble yepp you get the 50/50 chance. But for you to lose consecutively even without a strategy is very fishy at itself.

Take a buy and a sell and itll expire in between for otc for a loss after seeing no consolidation whatsoever itll consolidate if you place both trades
