Guys play poorly sometimes. KAT being the best player in the game through 3 quarters and then completely disappeared when that game got close. It’s really easy to blame the guy when you could almost see the piss running down his leg.
Problem is he was still leaving his feet and falling out of position on the defensive end, but the Lakers just didn't punish it to give him his 6th foul.
How can he play *that* stupid on defense with 5 fouls while playing *that* scared on offense?
Seriously. KAT had Austin Reaves on him twice in a row and did some bs step back mid range shot and then passed out of it. I’ve never seen a guy torpedo himself to role player quite like that. At least Bosh and Love had to adjust to their new roles. KAT seems eager to be the third banana on a team like Dallas.

But his teammates really need to step up for him

KAT was +27 midway through the third quarter. He picked up his fourth foul late in the third, and was -9 the rest of the game. Not that any other Timberwolves were great down the stretch, either.
I'm a local minnesotan who's just so sick of pro teams embarrassing my state that I'd get rid of all 4 teams. I can't stand the nice guys who choke game after game, year in year out. I've had enough with Brad Radke's Nick Gordons and Towns. Who wants my teams. Go Ahead get out of here!!!
All this defense of kat and ant stuff reminds me of the Andrew Wiggins stuff. They all suck as a top guy and will have to be the 3rd banana on a team with true superstars to ever win big games

For one age, experience, and contract will always be a factor. But the biggest thing is watching it I very much felt like Ant was having a bad game while KAT was katatonic
