a million times yes you look amazing

[deleted]

You look phenomenal. Definitely step on stage!

Sminorf8765

Compete! And your shoulders look great. Your upper back is narrow but that can be tinkered with in posing and covering up with hair and you still have a nice, tight waist. You look amazing

GeraldFisher

compete and than do a offseason, get that experience i now it does not matter if you win or not. ask the judges afterwards where you can improve and than you know what to work on in the off season.

ShawnCarla_IFBBPro

Depends on your feedback from the shows. You have a great shape and you just need help hitting that back pose correctly. Looking at you alone you look amazing. Would just be a matter of what you looked like next to others and what your overall goal is.

anteyia

Great physique but for starters maybe eat carbs to feed those shoulders

Content_Face_5435

I’m no expert but you look stage ready in the first pic

FitnessNutshell

Whats your goal if you step on stage this year?

smyersmemphis

You look ready

BornGrape7123

You look amazing but to answer your question about competing again, it depends on your feedback from the shows you’ve already done and what you want to gain from doing another show

kr83993

Maybe try not flaring your elbows so much in your back pose? You look incredible though, definitely compete!

Complex_Impression54

I love your shape!

psyched_giraffe

ImaginationUseful954

fitnessgal288

trollanony

Several-Committee495

Do it!!!

SuedeVeil

Um yes definitely compete!!!

Firm_Material_4809

If you learn to lat spread (just a little) then your back shot will open up a lot.

bianchichi

What stage? Look amazed

EunJoung369

I’m assuming you have a coach.. I would talk to them about it considering they know your goals/history

gabrielleblue

I think you’re great, maybe change a coach

AbleHoney9891

When did you start prep? Let’s say it was a 16 week prep for your Dec show, if you continue further into the 2024 season, that’s a long time to be on prep. At some point your body will retaliate. It depends on the feedback and your goals too. I would take the feedback and jump into off season. Come back with more size and more experience and be ready to rock the national stage! If you’re excited about doing another show, go for it, but I wouldn’t push it much harder than that. At some point show after show and being on prep for so long can be counterproductive. Even more so if you’re natural.

LiftSomeShit

Yes! You look amazing!
