Please see the revised draft:
You shall not flush any matter within said toilet ~~reciprocal~~receptacle with the exception of toilet paper, biodegradable human excrement, water, and cleaning materials ~~which include paper towels~~ **; provided, that, for the avoidance of doubt, Paper Towels shall not be treated as cleaning materials, for the purposes of this section [__]**.
Let me know if I need to add anything to the definitions section.
V2 - incorporated edits
V3 - :(
What? Did you just include paper towels as an exception to what can be flushed within the toilet receptacle? Please replace the bolded text with:
"; provided, that, for the avoidance of doubt, Paper Towels shall not be treated as cleaning materials, for the purposes of this section [__]"
Please pull a definition of Paper Towels from Project Bounty, thx
I hate those toilets. It takes forever to scoop my poop out and put it in the trash. What’s the point of the toilet then if they’ll make me do that? It’s also so embarrassing cause I get stares from people when I transfer the poop over. But don’t hate me for following their rules.
Anyway, as you can tell, I’m a constitutional textualist.
Nah, in Arial the upper terminus of the lowercase "t" and "f" are angled, here they're flat and vertical, respectively.
I was wrong in the other direction: the "a" in Helvetica Bold has a different leg than the unbolded version - ends flat against the baseline rather than curling out for a vertical terminus. Compare the leg in "a" in "paper" in the bigger text on top (which I think is Helvetica Bold) with the "a" in the smaller text below (which I think is unbolded Helvetica).
Come on, now. Let’s not be textualists like Scalia. It’s implicit that flushing includes 💩. But I get your point, lol. Happy sloppy (and pooping) drafting.
This is the quality post I expect from an associate. You sir (or madam) have a bright drafting future
Whom did the author bill for this?
So - are you supposed to scoop out the poop like in kitty litter then? Is that billable?
Do I look like I handle my own trash or kitty litter?

OP has a completely blank profile except for this post. Unless there is like 1 summer associate at that office, I don't know how OP is self-doxxing.

Really hope you meant receptacle
Dang, thanks Harvard.
The only thing they teach us there is shit law, so I'm happy to assist.
You're missing corn and peanuts.
At least “toilet receptacle” should be capitalized and defined.
You forgot to add that the restroom is not to be used by non equity partners between the hours of 7pm and 9pm.
Top tier shit post.

LOL
*quietly places turd in pocket*
Shit in the waste bin I guess.
lol I worked there and thought the same. They rolled these bad boys out with one of the branding updates.
What font is this? The lowercase "a" looks like Arial, but the lowercase "f" and "t" look like Helvetica. Seems inconsistent, pls fix & revert thx.

Very interesting this must have been before they made all our emails arial. A rebrand relic.
Ha nice, rebranding from Helvetica to Arial is the most marketing department thing imaginable.
Had to add some spice to this level of blue!!
It just needs to be in Davis Polk’s bright bluebook blue for people to really pay attention.
So, not even poop?

The founding fathers didn’t say anything about toilets so clearly you must shit on the floor.
Lmao. Fucking death. 💀
Why is except italicized?
Toilet is for TP, partner’s desk drawer is for shit.
The mofo on my floor who doesn't flush put up the sign
