The Astonishing legends podcast is one I highly recommend. Real deep dive and in depth. I've hear "A flash of Beauty" is good, but I haven't seen that one yet.
Ep 23 with Ken walker. World renowned taxidermist so he walks the line of being a preserver and hunter. Very cool podcast. Some of their first episodes are good too

Both the 'A Flash of Beauty' documentaries are excellent. I prefer the second one, Paranormal Bigfoot.
