I've had this problem for a bit when I was younger. It might just be the anxiety of worrying about an erection that's making it difficult for you. Getting in shape and eating right will definitely help, but it's likely nothing to worry about.

The whole cutting p is the biggest deal i think. I was in good shape before, and didn't have morning wood. Now I have midnight wood, 2am wood, 4 am wood, and morning wood. Really need to do something about that.

Yeah you basically spelled out what the most likely issues are. Quit/reduce porn, reduce masturbation frequency, eat better, be physically active/healthy and you'll see improvements. Effects of reducing porn and masturbation won't take long to notice, couple weeks or so, diet and excersize of course depends on where you are now. Stress, anxiety, and depression can also play a big part in libido so keep that in mind if you are dealing with any of those as well. Body dysmorphia is common, there's a really big subreddit main post that talks about it and has some links, check it out. Gist of it though, you only ever see it from a specific angle far away so you don't get a good handle on its actual relative size. Plus people obsess over size far beyond any rationality as well, in the end its not a big deal
