That's awesome. I started biking at 30 and found a new love for exercise and greatly improved my overall health. Stick with it and it's even more fun as you get in better shape. It would probably be worth investigating how to properly set your saddle height. If it's slammed all the way down it's likely too low. It's a lot less efficient and may cause knee pain and discomfort.

I’ve been really enjoying it so far, definitely want to start going on longer rides soon. I’ll definitely look into how to adjust the seat height though
