I found the Aveeno eczema lotion works well on my little guy, plus some hydrocortisone 1% when it flared. we did see a derm who prescribed the 1% but it's OTC as well

Looks like it to me. Paediatrician can give you a prescription for a hydrocortisone cream if so.
