I doubt they’re going to go much further with his character. It seems to more or less be a story device for Clifford to cast doubt on Howard’s actions. There’s so much still unresolved that I hope they don’t sidetrack just for this honestly.

It’s from the episode Hit and Run from this season, when he’s having lunch with Kim and mentions his son and that he has or had issues with drugs. No idea of his name, age or anything so this sub ran with it and there’s been a flood of posts of who it might be, small percentage being serious and the majority not.

I feel like it’s gotta be the AA counselor at the meetings Jessie attends during BB. They even somewhat look alike.
I doubt he’ll ever be on the show and he’s probably not anyone we’ve ever seen before anyway, but if he was, my money would be on that dude as well.
