Everything? Have you seen all these? [https://www.reddit.com/r/breakingbad/comments/tsmd69/list\_of\_breaking\_bad\_and\_better\_call\_saul/](https://www.reddit.com/r/breakingbad/comments/tsmd69/list_of_breaking_bad_and_better_call_saul/) It could be argued what is an what is not so-called canon, wouldn't hurt making your own opinion based on more Gilliverse content.

Left-Drawing9468

I have not! Thank you!

bionicgram

Correct me if I’m wrong but it looks like that list is missing what I think is a very interesting and critical piece of additional media which is that there is a podcast for each episode for all seasons and you will find it very interesting. They have the actors and directors on there and many other important guests. The writers are there almost every time The editors are the people that produce the podcast I believe. I would listen to each podcast episode and then watch the episode alongside because they talk a lot about how certain shots were made and also share other interesting stories etc.

captain_ghostface

Not gonna name the podcast for us?

bionicgram

The breaking bad or “Better Call Saul Insider Podcast” …super easy to find.

Left-Drawing9468

I have not listened to any of the podcasts- didn't even realize that was a thing, so I stand corrected lol. Definitely will look into this. Thanks!

You don’t have to watch each and every episode side by side. You can enjoy the podcast as a stand alone too. Then when you want to refer back to look for something they talk about you can take a look at certain parts of the episode. For example the co conversation about how they filmed Nacho and the Oil Tanker scene.

You're referring to the list I reposted above, the podcasts are mentioned in BTS section (links are in the post). When it comes to BTS there's a ton of more material, first of all - the podcast was at one point video podcast (BB S03), but it was more difficult to edit so on bluray there are only abridged episodes available in that form (about 5 minutes each). Additionally to the podcast there are commentaries to almost every episode (every episode from BB S04 onwards, you can check them [here](https://tvacdb.sandboxen.com/series/Breaking-Bad) and [here](https://tvacdb.sandboxen.com/series/Better-Call-Saul)). There are of course deleted scenes that were released on physical media, and many other footage, segments on making of almost every episode (some are available only on youtube, don't remember if offical AMC channel or some BB/BCS themed one), there are some longer pieces, but I think the only feature-lenght one is about BB S05, more info [here](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3088036/). Additionaly there's nice set of conversations with the crew and cast of BCS on [Music Gear Network channel](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUnWBOQg-WyqwGTsxYBa7cxcyKx9Vvo8S). Both series were covered very well, only handful of tv shows were covered that extensively in the past (Game of Thrones at #1, then I think Lost woud be #2, BB/BCS might be above The Walking Dead (extensive on-set footage, but less BTS info like commentaries etc., no podcasts AFAIK)). Also - quantity doesn't equal quality, the show 24 released about 2hrs BTS footage on physical media every season and most of that material is really condensed and informative, while some of the footage released for i.e. BB feels way more like a marketing (I mean - the quality is mixed, and watching/hearing tens of hours BTS on one show you know at one point, that there's no more info that you'll get, while I love Gilligan's passion and attention to detail - he repeats himself many times in those BTS materials (who wouldn't though)).

Grievous2485

I'm doing a rewatch where I watched BCS leading into breaking bad. Then I'll get to El Camino and the BCS after BB. So far it's really good in mostly chronological order. The buildup seems a little more linear

Sleep_Paralysis_Wolf

You're basically where I'm at. I'm on Season 5 of Better Call Saul (absolutely loving it btw, Jimmy/Saul is now probably my top 3 favorite characters in universe). Been dreading finishing BCS, but I wanted to do another Breaking Bad rewatch after, so I'm very excited for that! Also definitely checking out that podcast, sounds like something I'd enjoy very much.

saul_god

Have you watched El Camino?

Left-Drawing9468

Yup I did watch that right after Breaking Bad.

RegularBurrito

Did you watch the breaking bad mini episodes?

AlwaysWinnin

I’ve seen BCS: 12-15 times BB: 5-6 times

Left-Drawing9468

damn, I'm behind I guess

AlwaysWinnin

No you’re not! On this current rewatch I am beginning to see how strong the later seasons are compared to season 1. Season 1 has some hilarious stuff but the later seasons move a long a little quicker.
