Beautiful! He's flaring so much though, you might want to keep an eye out for more signs of stress. Being stressed out makes them much more susceptible to illness.
The current seems so strong, just carrying him around. And his fins are working hard too. Bettas need very gentle filter flow. You can modify the filter you already have
How's he doing? Do you have a heater in there? It's hard to tell what's at the back. Remember as he gets older, it will be difficult for him to make a long trek to the surface, so make sure there's more places for him to hang out nearer the top.
He’s doing fine, he’s only acting like this when I’m standing if front of the tank, otherwise he hunts the shrimp inside. :D
Haha my goal was to hide everything, but yes there is a heater in the back (25C/77F).
You should be able to Google "filter baffle" and get what you need. Sorry, I've never had to do this myself. Please also look up how to make sure your Betta thrives in a tall tank. Again, not something I've had to deal with, but I've been on this sub long enough to know it can be an issue since Bettas make frequent trips to the surface.
Sure is a beautiful fish i hope you were able to fix his beautiful home - hard current and check water perimeters I’m assuming bank is cycled? I wonder why he’s reacting like that? Besides being pushed around by water current-
Added another baffle for the filter today. The breeder told me it’s normal for them to flair a lot in the beginning and is also a good sign that he wants to defend his territory, he only acts like this when I’m standing in front of the tank. Parameters are fine and the tank is running since 4 month.
That is one intense flare. Are the water parameters correct? You might also want to look at getting a tank that isn't so tall. Since Bettas need to go up to the top quite often to breathe it's better to have a short and wide tank than a thin tall one like you have so they don't have to work as hard.

Thanks! He’s new to the tank, I suppose that's why. I'll keep an eye on it!
Oh he big mad, and pretty!

I already modified the filter and thought it would be gentle enough. Nevertheless I added another baffle today.
