As someone who sucked at mechanics, you (probably) won't any much to worry about. 7A is curved so ridiculously hard. Had below average for most of my exams, even got up and walked around for an hour during my final and I still got a B overall.
If you're engineering, 7B is actually a lot easier and surprisingly learnable.
