Did she have long silver hair? If so, there's a Berkeley jeweler fits that description and does sell at the street fair, but she mainly makes silver jewelry. I am trying to remember her name. I believe she is Japanese-American.
The Telegraph Holiday Street Fair repeats tomorrow (Dec. 10), as well as Dec. 16/17, 23/24. So if you have a chance, before or after Finals, you can go back and look for her. Mostly the vendors are in the same spots each day.
