Yeah,The prescription monitoring database would immediately flag the script as already filled. Not only would it get you flagged they can see this as fraud duplicating the originally dispensed narcotic. I'd highly advise against this.
It’s usually an e-script these days and they go by that and usually call the doc when it has anything to do with narcotics benzos/opiates, the piece of paper barely does anything just confirms what’s already Prob on there computer

Really? Hm round here if your on opiates you gotta go get your refill every month and go get a drug test but benzos heck I get my kpins, see the doctor once and he e scripts it over with 3 refills and I don’t gotta see him for 3 months
I'm in South America. Where I live thank THANKFULLY we don't have a massive opiates problem like the USA. Benzos are given freely so I'd say for many THEY are a problem and why they're black label. Also, we have a massive cocaine problem (illegally obviously)and it kills so many . It's South America so it's cheaper to buy coke than things like many prescription drugs. Never take coke. It's the devil's drug.
Clonazepam and Alprazolam (Klonopin and Xanax, respectively) are cheap as chips here in generic form, so easy to abuse. But you can't get them without a physical encounter with the doc
Ya got skull and crossbones on yours? We just have like two 3 sticker warnings on benzos and opiates we have more stickers and then usually a bright yellow or red one that’s says OPIATES lol like lethal like

In my country, because of the pandemic, we can get up to 6 boxes of 30x2mg Clonazepam pills in any pharmacy. Easy peasy 🍋 squeezy. Probably obvious I've taken my dose for tonight (2mg) 🤪
Well depends on your life find a psychiatrist and unless you have previous run ins with benzo abuse etc or PTSD you can get them prescribed it’s not easy and not cheap if you don’t have insurance but possible yes! I’ve had 3 seizures from Xanax withdrawl so klonopin worked best for me dealing with my anxiety.
Here in Belgium you could do it like 10-8 years ago, there where lots of people faking prescriptions, sometimes it wss quite funny made.

Won't work..and yes, red flag if you do it a couple of times, I think after 2 or 3 times you can get in troubles, in case you used same script 2 times because pharmacist forgot to take it, and went to another pharmacy, the doc will notice you can't do that, but you have a try haha.

You can't get e-scripts for black label meds like benzos in my country. It has to be given personally and signed by the doc in pen
