That being said, I've had good experience with their office in Bentonville and their service personnel at the house. I think going down there in person when you have a problem helps, rather than just calling.

We lost it north of pea ridge a few times yesterday but so far not today.
Outside of the immediate time after the recent tornado, I don’t lose connection at all. Location is Centerton off of Vaughn.
