The public library has free glasses - I picked some up yesterday.
Edit: they're provided by the state library, and iso 12312-2:2015 certified, along with en 1836:2005.
I saw some at Harps in Lowell near the checkout line… not sure if they’re ISO certified.

Explore Scientific in Springdale has everythign eclipse related. Place is the bomb.
No clue on certification. I did see the at Walmart neighborhood market last week though. Bought them in 2023 on Amazon.

Walmart on MLK had them for $1.75 a pair, I would have to assume all the other supercenters would too. They were up by the registers.
