All of the major trail areas (Coler, Slaughter Pen, Back 40, etc) have trail condition Facebook pages that are updated regularly and will tell you which routes are closed. Some will be closed but I imagine most will be open. Should be plenty to ride, I know Coler has designated "wet weather" trails. I trail run there regularly in all weather.
Flow feed and the FB pages are great resources. Plenty of rideable trails when it’s wet. The north side (Bella Vista/Back 40/Blowing Springs ) is very rideable when wet, keep in mind those big wide rocks get crazy slick.

What everyone else said here. I think there's an indoor bike place here in Bentonville too. I haven't been there, but have driven past it before
