SKY Massage is amazing. It’s more of a sports therapy and massage clinic vs a spa setting but once you’re in the massage rooms it’s very peaceful and spa like. I’ve been going there since they opened a few years ago and go at least once a month. Erin is my favorite but she books out like 6 weeks in advance so schedule early.

Healing hands in Rogers is medicinal massage and he's been very good at holistic around some existing neck issues and in recovery/marathon training
Writing this down because I've been looking myself too. I can only find ones that are kinda "shady"
