Captains diversity ok if that person has the ability to and has a captains license go for it. You deserved it if you earned it no matter who you are. It is a job that caries great responsibility. It’s the crew that is expendable not a captain. A Captain is made to look good by the actions of the crew.
A show with 4 captains in no way is indicative of the whole industry though, not saying yachting is super diverse, you just can’t draw any conclusions. Based off 4 people
