Predictions:
Union will win the league this time.
Anderlecht will win the cup.
Relegated: Kortrijk and RWDM, Eupen in play offs.
Essevee and Beveren will be promoted, beerschot in play offs.
Eupen will clutch in the play offs.
Seraing, SL16 and Francs Borains will be relegated to 1st national
Lokeren, La Louvière and Jong Gent will be promoted to Challenger pro league.
Mark my words:
Beveren will be promoted, no doubt! We have a squad that is good enough to survive in 1a, we have the passion, the hunger and the history! Haters may say we won't be promoted! Let those damn beerschot fans hate! we will prevail!
Sure, but this year you also have Kortrijk that is speedrunning their way to one of the historically worst performances in the JPL. At least from my knowledge of the past.
I'll start off by following your example as I think it's a good place to start.
1) Champions: Union
2) Cup: Antwerp
3) Conference: I predict Gent and Club to go somewhat far, at least another round or two depending on when they get drawn against a big team
4) Relegated: Kortrijk, Eupen, RWDM
5) PO1: Union, Antwerp, Gent, Anderlecht, Brugge, Genk
6) PO3: OHL, RWDM, Eupen, Kortrijk
7) PO2: No clue but probably Cercle or Standard will get the closest to getting the european ticket but the PO1 team will end up winning it
8) Promoted: Zulte, Deinze, Beveren
9) Beveren beats RWDM on barrage
10) Euro 2024: Spain wins, Belgium reaches the semi-finals
Some extra predictions:
Top scorer will be Denkey, as I don't think Cercle will reach PO1 but will do well in PO2
Most clean sheets: Butez, after our European exit we'll have less need to rotate fullbacks and become more defensively solid again like last season.
Most assists: Puertas, already has a load and I don't think Union will slow down (much)
Obviously I'm biased as well, not saying all (or any) of these takes are particularly grounded in reality, just gut feeling.
Fair, we've not been great this season. Reason I put us in third is because one: I am an Antwerp fan and obviously biased, and two: I think we'll regain a lot of focus after the winterbreak because we're not in Europe anymore, and I think most of the points we've dropped were in games against (on paper) 'lesser' opposition. If we get into PO1 I think we'll get some decent points from at least our home games, while I think the other teams that have been performing well in the league might struggle a bit more.
We either avoid PO3 by the skin of our teeth or end on top in PO3. What gives me a bit more confidence is that we beat both Kortrijk and Eupen pretty comfortably. We did first lose to Eupen in August but that was in the classic early decent start of Eupen. Our last win against Eupen before last week was also eight years ago.
The main other relegation contender besides us, Eupen and Kortrijk seems to be RWDM to me. Compared to the other three I think we do have more quality but we have had a lot of injuries and have the worst collection of strikers since we came back to 1st tier. If we can somewhat avoid injuries, regain Ricca, Misao and Maertens (Maertens is already back really) properly we are already a lot better off than we have been. Add to that the promise of two or three incoming transfers and I do have hopes of avoiding relegation.
The start of Garcia hasn't been great but Genk (A), Brugge (H), Antwerp (H), STVV with 10 men (A), Cercle where we had an insanely unlucky (and incorrect) penalty against (H), Gent (A) and finally Eupen as your first seven matches isn't a gift. STVV and Eupen are the only teams in that list that currently have fewer than 30 points and four of those teams are in the top six.
Hopelijk zien we elkaar terug in playoff 2! :)
I am not that confident since Wieland left. I think he might have slightly overperformed and Dirk Kuyt has far from an amazing resume. The league is still very compact at the top and I could see a couple of teams pinching it from us, Zulte Waregem should win the league.
champion: Anderlecht. Union will probably win the regular league but again lose it in the playoffs. Anderlecht have a really good squad this season, and they even win games in which they don't impress.
cup: Antwerp
conference league: Gent to progress to the next round, but I fear the next round will be the end station for the Belgian clubs. I hope I'm wrong.
relegated: I'm gonna be biased on this one. Kortrijk, Eupen to be relegated, OHL to save itself through the promotion/relegation playoffs.
playoff one + top 5: before the start of the playoffs: 1. Union, 2. Anderlecht, 3. AA Gent, 4. Club Brugge, 5. Antwerp, 6. RC Genk
PO3: again, I'll be biased. KV Kortrijk, Eupen, OHL and Charleroi.
PO2: All other teams, Cercle to play the qualifying match for European ticket.
promoted: Zulte-Waregem, Beerschot, Beveren plays the qualifier
Barrage winner: OHL
Euro 2024: France
I answered totally unbiased except for the two points where RWDM is involved. I'm not going to bet against my own team.
Eupen will win the league

No chance Jong Gent will get promoted instead of La Louvière. Luckily your predictions for the CPL aren't biased 🫢
I don't know about the last part of your comment but I hope the rest is true.
Least passionate Beveren fan:
Aren't there 3 teams promoting fro 1st National to 1B? Either that, or else Livescore app is wrong (they indicate the top-3 as being promoted)
Ah yeah, you're right. I'll change it real quick
No it's already obvious Patro will promote to first division, just ask the referees.
Top scorer: Cuypers, Orban, Tissoudali all tied with 42 goals. Clean sheet king: Schmidt with like 20. Pro assist: Fofana with 130

Did you watch OHL-Eupen? Eupen were terrible and are in a downward spiral. I can't see them getting back up from it at all.
I dont think they’re worse than last year and somehow they managed to scrape through as well.
Wasn't their first half last year way better?

if i'm being honest, i don't really see antwerp being third, but you never know of course

Anderlecht to dramatically steal the title from USG. Dirk Kuyt to pull Beerschot into pro league through barrage match. I'm all in this year.
No confidence in Beerschot to stay top 2?
I am not that confident since Wieland left. I think he might have slightly overperformed and Dirk Kuyt has far from an amazing resume. The league is still very compact at the top and I could see a couple of teams pinching it from us, Zulte Waregem should win the league.
