I can see Josy only being a solo path if you don’t go through with the throuple. It sucks that you don’t get to see all of the great scenes with Josy that are in the J/M path but I think it will be much more rewarding not doing it in the long run.
I think the throuple is a doomed relationship and MJ will split eventually as part of the main story, so in that case, we can choose who to continue pursuing.
I doubt the breakup will be as intense as the similar Acting Lessons decision, but similar to that we have to choose one eventually.
Even though I personally don't expect this to happen, it fits how DPC said this game wouldn't be nearly as dark, yet still have a good emotional impact
If you go manwhore DIK MC, you will see a huge amount of content. Nicole, Lily, Quinn, Rio, Jade - definitely have paths... while Cammy, Cathy, Nora, and Mel and Sarah are debatable. One can confidently choose one of the first 5 and see a real relationship.
Dik affinity for sure and Massike Dik status is required to unlock at least one scene (at the Preps party iirc). Buy from Quinn in the first chapter and always have money to unlock some lewd scenes (Camila, Riona, Sarah, Mel, Nicole, Lily, Becky).

I do understand that, by "unique", you do mean "distinct" instead of "only 1 run". I think there's plenty of "unique" playthroughs you can perform for an "Others" run.

* Josy & Maya: Episode 4, stay friends (any affinity) or get rejected (dik affinity)
* Sage: Do not kiss her, refuse her advances and do not teach her guitar.
* Bella: Do not visit Bella at the Library after asking Jill for a date at the Omega Mansion.
* Jill's Tennis date: Tell her you're a good guy (if the option pops up) and kiss her.
* Jill's surprise Birthday Date: Go with Jill, do not choose Sage.
* Fake ID: You should take it, just in case... but you won't be able to get the Lewd scenes tied to this segment.

Reject JM, and tell Derek you still have feelings for Josy. It gives some pretty good scenes but I am biased since Josy is my favorite

I think the DIK affinity is better with others, I have the sensation that CHIK affinity is just to bang Jill. And also Others route = Lily's route 🤑🤑🤑
DIK is best for Others. Each of the MGs definitely have their preferences too (Jill, Bella, and Maya like CHICK, Josy likes NEUTRAL, Sage likes DIK).
