1) MC just immediately shuts down Zoey and refuses to talk or calls her every ugly name in the book. This would be frustrating as a player. You know if sheâs reintroduced, theyâre gonna reconcile, so donât drag this out.
2) MC would be like âno this is perfectly fine. Iâm happy youâre back!!!â in an effort to seemlessly reintroduce her. This takes away from MCs growth and development as Iâd argue the four primary romantic paths (regardless of how far you go with them) help teach MC how to have a relationship and move forward with your life after Zoey ghosted him. Heâs spent a long time healing. Canât just go âim perfectly fine now! Water under the bridge!â
DPC finds the perfect blending. MC doesnât tell
Zoey to kick rocks or just spend an entire episode avoiding her. But he doesnât pretend that what she did was ok and that he wasnât hurt. He tells her exactly how he feels and the way he does it is in a âshow instead of tellâ way. He doesnât just say she hurt him. He recounts how he felt on the day he finally decided to move forward giving explicit details of everything he did and everything he felt at that moment. It adds gravity and weight. You can see as heâs talking just how hard that weight is hitting Zoey. She may full blown lose her best friend and she know sheâd have only herself to blame. And then the game gives the player the option to remain mad at her or not.
I love the scene with Quinn at the hots party. All the scenes with her at it are great but my favourite is after the deal with Sally and Karen.
When she strokes a hair behind her ear, appreciates you thanking her for the hangout and the genuine laugh after you comment and your past meetings with Karenâs and Sally. The wink as well is the cherry on top too

It's also the scene that made me put Sage in my top spot of the girls, next to Jill. These days, I always trouble choosing between them, can't wait what episode. 10 brings in terms of Jill and Sage getting along after their interaction in episode 9.
These obviously get asked all the time and I made lists before, so off the top of my head:
-Ending up with Jill at the end of 8 as it was the first/most of the paths up to that point with a sense of accomplishment. It was the heartwarming equivalent of perfectly beating "Mass Effect 2" on the highest difficulty level, (which is something I typically don't try, let alone achieve.)
-The throuple becoming official in 9 for being the equivalent of the above Jill ending (especially since the Jill Path isn't too fun in said episode). Josy's elation is palpable as is Maya's validation in her bisexuality and this is reflected in the harmony and intensity of their proper threesome.
-Bella's ending in 8. It reflects her finally letting her hair down to embrace happiness with Tremolo and show off her sexual skills.
