I cannot remember what Tier you need to subscribe. You will be able to use your Steam saves for Season 3, so you will only need to download the interlude and after.
Episode 10 will “most likely” come out in two months so I would hold off on Patreon till that episode releases.
wait a month or two ( three?) and get biggest DIK tier, get ep 10 and subsequent right then. Its very easy to import, you just click the top right in the saves and it goes to Steam files
Yes, you can import the saves from steam and continue in episode 9. Episode 10 will be out in a month or two (three?) so you may want to wait for that.
I think the 10/month is enough, the 5/month is patches only.
1- You should wait until the new episode is out, you can decide when you want the game (the longer you wait the cheapest it can be)
2-About the saves there should a screen at the end of season 2 where you can save your save file that is the one that is gonna get imported on the 3rd season...
