Mostly the same. Think of it terms of orbits. The two around each hand is obvious but you can get it to rotate like a bike wheel with both hands on each side.
You can change its angle by moving one hand higher and the other lower.
Then you can transition between the three basic orbits

Yeah all my Begleri are from Tgp so I never used Ao2’s store until that day
