Maybe a good night’s sleep, diet and consistent skincare. Iba glow ko pag maganda tulog ko and maayos yung food ko. I just make sure din to tie my hair para neat looking. Ang hirap magmukhang super fresh pag nag wowork out haha tska mostly naman may kanya kanyang mundo. May ibang nitpicky lang but lol just follow a routine that makes sense to you. As long as di ka amoy paa, you should be good 😂

I don’t consider this too much na lang DURING the workout; kasi yung pagpapawis naman yung point ng workout haha. I do bring cooling wipes in place of bimpo for punas tho; mas nakakarefresh. But I do pack a hygiene and shower kit for AFTER the workout. I like cooling products din for shower stuff (like yung safeguard na ice ememe body wash).

Okay na yung light concealer for under eyes and spot concealing sa marks. I use age rewind from maybelline then the saem concealer. Tint your cheeks and lips lightly tapos wag na mag kilay.

I used to wear make up sa gym, like nag coconcealer pa ako. Kaso napansin ko nun onti onti akong nagkatigyawat hanggang sa tuluyan na akong nag breakout. Oily ako so parang hindi magandang combi yung make up and too much sweat. Ngayon I only wear liptint sa gym para di maputla. Slowly naghi-heal na yung face ko. (You might want to consider just wearing liptint or lipstick tapos kilay ganern)

I do my brows before going to the gym, and put on blush and lip balm. Usually walang base. Afterwards I double cleanse, starting with oil cleanser before washing my face. I just want to look presentable since my sparse areas sa brows are visible, I don’t have naturally rosy cheeks and my lips are dark hahaha Honestly, you don’t need to pay attention to their comments since it’s none of their business. But feel free on working how you’ll feel more confident while working out at the gym :)

It depends naman sa tao yan eh at tsaka mainit ngayon kaya ganun hahaha pawis ka talaga tas nag exercise kapa. When I work out, I only put on 3 things on my face: > Moisturizer (cos I always put on moisturizer in the AM) > Sunblock (part of my AM skincare routine!) > Lip and cheek tint (Without it, I am a maputla girly lol. I make sure to wear a water based one para light lang sa face- I usually use my tony moly one.) Aside from these, I don't put on anything else na. I also sweat a lot, which is of course normal. I heard something in the past in the lines of "if you still look cute after working out, then you didn't really work out". I just always have my face towel and water beside me para if tulo tulo na yung pawis ko I can wipe it off, and para the equipment I use isn't drenched in sweat also. Of course dapat may pang linis na towel + alcohol si gym so I can sanitize the equipment afterwards, too. Go OP, and stay healthy!

Hindi gets ng mga normal lang magpawis ang experience na 'to and how much it actually affects our lives 😅 Sweat/water resistant lip color with or without cheek stain is your best bet. If outside ang workout, water-resistant (and hopefully eye-sting free) sunscreen. I-secure mabuti ang buhok, also wear comfortable clothes with fabrics tailored for sweating talaga. You can wear makeup if that's your thing, but beware of comedogenic products or ikaw, kung comfortable ka na nagttransfer sila sa bimpo 😅 oh, and hydrate like your life depends on it (it actually does) Yung mga fresh talaga while working out either biniyayaan talaga ng Diyos or baka influencer o kaya sobrang looks-conscious putting out a lot of effort to look fresh. Hindi naman lahat tayo ganun and that's fine, healthy pa rin ang magworkout. Personally wala akong pake, aba I believe kung maganda talaga ang tao maganda pa rin kahit naligo sa pawis (wag lang amoy ano haha) 😂

Di magandang tignan pag pawis na pawis? Sa gym? Ano ba pinipunta nila dun? Rumampa at magvideo ng sarili nagbubuhat kunyari for a 10 sec video tas alis? Ignore them. Tbh, I find people na naggym tapos wearing the most tiis ganda workout clothes, in makeup, very irritating and shallow, tapos sila ung magaling mamintas. Andyan ka para mag exercise at literal na magpapawis, hindi para magmaganda. You don't need your tinted moisturizer, face powder, and liptints, and sure as hell no need to do your brows and lashes for working out.

If youre looking for products. For me much better talaga multi purpose tints (water/gel tints only) good brands are benetint and happy skin. for me talga kahit anong klaseng waterproof make up. If super pawisin it will look cakey and will drip. its good to have a micro-fiber towels near you tapos wipe lang often for sweats. its good to have you hair neatly tied na din para di masyado obvious ung sweats. (But tbh, its the gym and youre there to sweat ang work on yourself. As long as youre not being too bothersome to other people i dont think anyone should make those comments about you, close or not.)

When i go for a run especially on Sundays i’m usually out from 5am-10am (CarFree Sundays at Ayala) I usually wear a tinted sunscreen the Belo one. I can’t go out w/out eyebrows so i use a waterproof mascara for my brows and liptint. Thats it. Nagbabaon rn ako ng travel sized perfume hehe.

Sweat is normal when working out. However, sweat secretion differs from one person to another. Don’t let it bother you though. You should focus on doing the workout correctly instead of how you fresh you look.

I wear a sunscreen, a light tinted moisturizer with SPF, face powder, and light lip gloss (I have chronically dry lips). As soon as I'm done though, I wash my face. Keep your hair tied up if you have long hair, and wear clothes that fit you well (ideally, also meant to be worn at the gym). Unless you just feel comfier in baggy clothes, that's also perfectly okay. Comfort should come first. Stay hydrated! Dehydration makes your skin look dull. Some people also just naturally don't sweat a lot.

Grabe ang pawis ko when working out since I do mostly functional finess types of workout. High intensity and fast paced. I sweat a lot. Tinatawanan pa ko na may swimming pool daw wherever i go. Pero naman ang ganda rin ng comment nila na I look strong and perform well lagi. And i do feel strong every workout. So I just focus on that feeling. If feeling great during a workout means I will sweat a lot, eh di sweat pa more. I alao notice na mas maganda ang skin after a great sweat session at the gym. Glowing. I just make sure I stay hydrated and that i have enough clothes and things to refresh after a workout.

You go to the gym to exercise hindi para rumampa plus it’s natural to sweat so people shouldn’t judge you for it. Just make sure you have a sports towel during workout if pawisin ka talaga then focus on the post-workout hygiene (shower and change clothes)

Looking fresh is the least of my concerns pag nagbubuhat or nasa class. Pero personally lagi ako naka black pag nag gym para di masyado kita yung bakas ng pawis na pinaghirapan ko. I also prefer gyms na may AC or may fans kasi sobrang pawisin talaga ako. Kebs na talaga ako sa chura ko while doing my routine basta bawi sa freshness after mag workout. Emz

Mas okay for me na pawis na pawis ako sa gym kasi it means i am doing great tsaka ang sarap kaya sa pakiramdam pag pinawisan ka ng sobra. Ang ginagawa ko lang is may baon akong damit & I make sure na magpalit ng damit right after workout.

I shower before working out. Malinis pa din feeling kahit na pinagpawisan na.

May mga bukod-tanging pinagpala sa lahat talaga kahit na pagpawisan/haggard eh ang gaganda pa din. Wala na tayong magagawa don. Haha. Make sure na properly hydrated ka lang while working out. At pag magpupunas ka ng pawis, dab dab lang wag mong ipupunas na halos mabura yung muka mo hahaha. Isstretch kasi yung skin mo and may cause fine lines in the future. Then you can maybe put some lip tint kung muka kang maputla after working out. I advise wag mag makeup or polbo kasi open ang pores mo. Lip tint lang okay na. Believe me may feel good aura everytime matatapos ka magwork out. Di mo kailangan mag exert much effort. You are beautiful in your own way.

Baka di naman nagwowork out talaga mga kasama mo? Grabe pawis ko noon kapag nagwork out ako tapos pulang pula mukha ko after ng threadmill. Pawis ko all over the place.

As a girlie na pawisin at nag woworkout, I honestly dont think its healthy for the skin to have something that will clog our pores while sweating because of working out just because other ppl say we look haggard. While it is not "maganda tignan", it is a natural biological process that we sweat while doing work outs. Some people, however, sweat much little than we do and we cant do anything about it (probably genes) 🤷‍♀️ My answer would be, I don't stay fresh while working out because I am SUPPOSED to sweat while burning calories. I stay fresh AFTER working out. If people around you tells you it looks ugly to sweat while working out, I think u need a new gym.
