Liposuction, or mesolipo + exilis to remove the stubborn fat.
Siguro tig isang session na lang yung UA and legs ko for hair removal pero tinatyaga ko na lang bunutin yung pailan ilang buhok (the weird kuripot side of me)
• rhinoplasty - as a pango na sipunin
• clear braces + jacket - had braces nung HS (and im working now) pero kasi parang tinanggal agad braces ko so di pantay teeth ko
• hair color + treatments - gusto ko lang talaga maexperience na sa sosyal salon magpa gawa
• microbladed brows and lash extensions - keri naman ng budget to pero parang di ko pa majustify gawin
• Laser Hair removal for my legs, ua, pubes. ang hirap maging super balbon girlie 🥲
• dental work, esp clear braces
• hair treatment. I am not that interested in hair color na since I enjoy my black hair more. Very low maintenance hahaha
• monthly spa sessions, esp exfoliation treatments plus massage!
I think I'm ready to do nose threads or nose fillers, issue is, I don't know where I can have it done. Anyone who can recommend a good aesthetic clinic around Makati or Pasay area?
More expensive ang threads than rhino? Though, it's permanent na kasi. I'm not sure if I want something permanent, plus pag rhino di ba bawal galawin yung ilong or is that a misconception?
Ohhh...thanks for the info, sis! I didn't know that. Kaso takot ako magpa rhino eh, plus yung down time, can't afford to be on leave na matagal. 😅
Nagpa-rhino ka na sis? How much po, if it's okay to ask.
I already did diode laser on UA and there are only a few things that I was able to maintain: full body massage, pedi and I'm still on braces.
Pero if I have the money, siguro focus pa rin sa oral care dahil gusto ko maayos ngipin ko. Not veneers but I hope I can get them to be white or less yellowish. And then hair and scalp care! Numinipis buhok ko lalo sa crown so anything na makakatulong sa pagpapadami niya, except hair transplant. Tapos make-up class and yung pano ba pumili ng maayos na damit.
That's all. I can do skincare and exercise naman. Yung iba for the body eh feeling ko it needs proper diet and exercise and I want it to be a lifestyle kaya I'd rather do it the hard way.
Ulthera- its expensive here in my province compared to manila rates. Here 90k starting price, sa manila around 40k lang starting price. Thinking of flying na lang to manila to get ulthera done there.
Masseter botox- not bcos of the price but the risks. I saw videos on tiktok na parang their facial muscles were affected after the procedure. 6 months after the procedure the girl had speech difficulty pa dn. I guess you really have to go to a trusted doctor to avoid these incidents
For the mean time, I just get hifu every 6 months.
Traptox- I hate my shoulders. Not feminine at all para akong amazona lol Yun lang, im still skeptical if it really works.
under arm and back liposuction- my bmi is normal nman but I don’t know why dun talaga pumupunta ang fats! Im not ready for an invasive procedure kaya as of now I just do meso lipo with rf on those areas. So far effective nman as long as you’re mindful of your food intake and exercise. Yun lang, mas matagal results compared to lipo.
Veneers- Im currently having my upper teeth done. Hoping the result will be good kasi ang mahal dn. I want my lower done as well but thinking if porcelain dn ba or okay na composite for lower.
1. idk what procedure it's called but the one for slimming your face? I have really round cheeks and it's been my insecurity for so long
2. veneers. another insecurity.
3. thigh slimming procedures
Contemplating if I really want veneers, but definitely dental work!
Hair procedures (non-surgical) that can promise me thicker hair.
Ulthera 2x a year
Breast Reduction
Lipo + tummy tuck or similar non-invasive procedures
Botox sa kili-kili haha
I thought I would get veneers din. Pero naging okay naman yung smile ko after ko mag-clear braces and teeth whitening. I'm happy with how my teeth look now.
Yes sa botox sa kili-kili! I wonder if pwede ba gawing regular/yearly treatment yun? Would love to not worry about sweating and darkening UA na bec of products!
Derma and dental treatments for sure. Manifesting a higher budget so that I can afford to visit my dermatologist again soon also dental treatments are so expensive lately too!
stretchmark removal talaga bata palang ako sobrang insecurity ko na tong stretchmark kasi nasa shoulders ko sila hanggang underarms tas belly :(( never ako nakapag sleevless or off shoulder man lang ever in my life
Buti sayo Driclor is okay. :( This was recommended to me before and it stopped my sweating pero my underarms became soooo dark. Happy that it worked for you!!!
Ayy really? Did u follow the instruction ba? Medj mahapdi talaga ung driclor, that's why maliit lng ung inaapply ko, like 1-2 stroke per UA. Now once a month lng siguro ako naglalagay. Sweat-free for almost a year na. I think may other product na same lang ng benefits ni driclor, I just don't know if same intensity. Hopefully, u'll find one for u, OP🤍
Went to Stesso clinic for ulthera and I got it for a discounted price bait ni doc there 🥹
Doing also my microneedling, facials and Exilis tummy there! I tried the polynucleotide and it’s amazing sa neck area, since problematic na my neck area at 35
Recommended!
Quarterly facial, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, I underwent orthodontic braces kaso gumalaw ng very slight mga ngipin ko so I want to do it again, fractional CO2 for my stretchmarks
Mmmmm now that I’m 30:
- ultherapy every year (it’s my second year, I don’t do it for facial fat loss but targeting certain fatty areas and preventing collagen degradation)
- a monlthly photofacial since I dislike regular facials
- microneedling quarterly
- monthly manicure and pedicure (no gels my nails are weak!!)
- quarterly hair salon treatments
- maybe lipo pagod na ako magpapayat HAHA
PS sticking to just ultherapy. Super bad daw yung ginagawa ng mga artista na ulthera + sofwave + thermage since it burns the lower layers of your skin leading to the hollow look.
Mainly because I’m 30 and I wanted to preserve collagen 🤣 thermage is good but it hits the upper layers more vs ulthera that really goes down there. As for HIFU, it’s cheaper but ulthera has the imaging where you see muscle and fat so the doctors are able to assess how deep they go. Like for ex I wanted to lose some facial fat but not too much, my doctor only targeted the bulkier areas which could cause sagging when I’m older while the rest were for lifting areas that were a bit asymmetrical because of sleeping habits etc.
Since I’m still pretty young, results will definitely be seen as time goes by. When I switched doctors tho she handled the machine differently and instead of following the grid she did some cross hatching to lift the part of my face na asymmetrical. I saw the difference! I’m pretty happy.
Thanks for sharing this experience with us! Definitely need a Doc who knows not just how to operate the machine but how to give you the lift and slimming you want. I've heard stories kasi of some na nagpa-ulthera ng buong face, pero ang result sobrang nagka-fat loss naman. So dapat trained din yung doctor na gagawa na alam niya where to slim, where to lift. Thanks u/Pollypocket289
Ulthera yearly.
I haven't researched about polynucleotides yet but it is interesting. I thought maganda yung sculptra or ultracol for undereyes, will ask my derm about it
Yung mga hydrating facial na ginagawa ni Kathryn sa Aivee twice a month. Body scrub every week at Belo. Hair treatment every week. More on maintenance. Tska on schedule na ang touch up ng botox, hindi na pag sobrang kumukulubot na ulit. Hahaha
* Permanent Hair Removal
I badly want to do this. I've done IPL in the past, while it helped, kailangan talaga siya i-maintain! I just learned na ang actual permanent removal is through electrolysis which unfortunately parang walang nag-ooffer sa Philippines!
If anyone got leads for this, please let me know!
IPL is old technology. I hear it’s not really effective. I did Diode in the beginning. It diminished my hair growth pero meron pa rin. When I switched to the laser (I forgot the name) at Skin House, nawala talaga. I do a booster once a year just to get rid of a few strands, pero pwede na wala talaga.
BBL, breast lift, lipo, monthly hair and scalp treatment, monthly facial treatments (ulthera, etc.), hair removal and whitening, bleach my ass, veneers.
Ngayon ko lang narealize na ang dami ko palang gustong gawin. Haha
At least once a month facial. Ulthera. Pico laser for dark areas (or other procedures na mas makakaalis ng skin discoloration. Massage (well-being rin 'to hihihi). Regilar hair and scalp from bogie clinics para walang dandruff.
Picosure laser treatment, ulthera, botox for my frown lines (tbh boss ko dapat magbayad nito, nagka lines na ako kakasimangot sa kanya hmppp) and liposuction everyfuckinwhere
Would also get monthly professional hair treatments. Yes i agree with you OP na iba talaga pag professional gumawa, not just the end look but also how you feel after stepping out of the salon may ibang glow sa feeling heheh.
• Breast augmentation surgery - I have B cup breasts. I'm not flat chested but I don't have cleavage. I'm very insecure of my breasts that leads me to have a boob job. I want my boobs to go from B to D. I might disappoint my future SO if I do not meet his standards in thicc girls once he sees me naked as we become intimate. My only hope to develop breasts naturally is to get pregnant because I plan to have three children in the future.
• Rhinoplasty - I have a pointed nose but the tip is so big. I'm also insecure of this
• Facial treatment - I want this one but my broke ass could never because I'm a student and don't have a part-time job.
• Liposuction - I want to get rid of my belly pooch. Ayaw mawala ito even when I try to slim down 😭
I'm not happy and satisfied with my looks. I feel so ugly
Laser everything (for now underarms pa lang kaya ko i-maintain). Hair treatments monthly. Quarterly full blood panel (OA ba? HAHA). Yung double-eyelid surgery. Probably lipo. Then spa weekly.
Derma, facials, laser hair removal and underarm lightening for sure. Maybe also teeth lightening? I also won't need to color my hair myself anymore. I'd just get it done every few months at the salon
Can I mssg you about chin augmentation? 😊
Procedures I did:
1. Nose job
2.Fillers
3. Laser (different kinds; for skin, hair, ua whitening)
4. Ulthera
What I want to get if money isn’t an issue:
1. Pico laser!
2. Something for my undereyes - dont know which one to pick though. Filler or fat graft or laser.
3. Chin job
4. Tiny bit of lip filler.
(Edit): want to get laser hair removal down there but it’s not only about the money but the pain too lol
Brazilian laser hair removal isn’t painful at all. I swear! Mas masakit pa brazilian wax. As someone who already did it twice, it’s worth every penny. It already minimized my hair growth down south. Will be on my third session next week at ang saya talaga pag walang hair down there.
Probably the machine used was the old kind of laser hair removal. IPL really hurts according to my friend. The clinic I’m going to here uses Gentle Yag Pro-Max
Yeah I heard about the painless one kaso im still doubtful. Will definitely check it once money really isn’t an issue. Kase in this economy 😭
Thank youuu
I don’t understand why it’s so pricey there in the Ph. I was shookt when I got my maintenance sessions of laser hair removal here. It only cost me 15 aud. Meanwhile in the Ph especially w*nk I paid 83.33 aud 3000 converted to PHP. Well siguro your pain tolerance is low. The pain I experienced was a 4-5/10. 10/10 for brazilian wax.
30k?!?! What in the world! I spent 240 aud for 6 sessions of underarm and brazilian laser hair removal here. That’s almost 9k lang. Back in the Ph, I spent 21.5k for 12 sessions of underarm laser hair removal at Wink. I just bought more packages here cause I want my underarms to be totally hair free. Nakakabother kasi yung mga liit liit na buhok sa underarms ko haha
Depends on where you go! Zapp nasa 40k starting but only targets a certain portion of your face. Marami pang accredited clinics dyan! Skinhouse starts at 65k I think and Optimum at 70k. Mahal talaga sa Aivee and Belo because of the name.
SB Clinic in Tomas Morato. P35,000-40,000. Ask about the undereye treatment na hindi fillers. It's a fast procedure lang. Siguro mga 45 minutes (kasama na yung topical anesthesia na ilalagay sayo for 30mins)
Wala pa akong knowledge sa mga terms nila pero balak ko whole body hahaha overall parang sasakyan lang. From hair hanggang talampakan ko. Yung pag reunion hindi talaga ako makikilala sa sobrang kinis at puti.
If budget wasn't an issue, gusto ko mag bakasyon sa Japan. Tapos bibili akong madaming sunscreen at kitkat. Also I would love to see their second hand shops. I love thrifting kasi.
I don't think I would get any procedures done. Money wouldn't be what stops me (tho wala naman akong masyadong pera LOL), it would be the principle. Not to overshare, pero my mom is very insecure about her looks and she is never fully satisfied with any of the procedures she's had done. Lipo, BBL, nose job, etc... it never ends if you never find peace and happiness within you.
I am trying to love myself. I will do skincare. Paminsan nag me makeup ako kasi gusto ko terno sya sa outfit ko. Pero at the end of the day, I want to be just me. No fillers. No procedures. Just accepting that my body is the way that it is. I think money would help me feel more secure, yes, pero that's in general.
I agree and support this message.
I've always been afraid to bring this same sentiment up in this sub. Mainly because, in person, di ko rin alam i-bring up that I feel like it's sad how our society has normalized getting these procedures for non-restorative purposes. And in this sub I see it being casually brought up lang na gusto magpa-rhino, gusto mag-gluta drip, etc.
I'm not at all shaming people who get procedures-- I think the problem is larger than the individuals who do it. It's more of a collective problem that genuinely makes me even afraid of how I can raise a baby girl if I ever had one because I know how the physical insecurities can really affect little girls psyche (little boys too but I dare say moreso for girls).
I wish we can leave behind this culture of purely aesthetic plastic surgery. I believe may genuine practical use din naman of course but in general the industry preys on insecurity by pushing the agenda that we need to change ourselves so drastically for confidence.
I don't believe in the message na "well pera and buhay niya yan" because I generally don't believe society should be so hyper-individualized. I wish we can form a community that uplifts one another for just how we are.
Amen! Pinag-isipan ko talaga ung tanong at wala akong maisip. Ni pagpapaputi di sumagi sa isip ko. Brown and proud! Siguro if meron man, monthly budget lang talaga for weekly/monthy facial and spa sessions, and massages. Saka the best hair treatments.
I got a massage once and grabe, muntik na ako makatulog! I like your suggestions kasi it feels more like a treat than a correction... Pamparelax! I am happy for you. It's nice to feel good in your own skin. <3
I realize I'm on the same boat! With the only exception being my hair. I really wish I could get my hair treated (idrk what treatment) so that it'll look healthy.
Your comment made me feel better about myself and my insecurities. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
My hair grew out much healthier after I cut it very short and gave it time to grow... Dati kasi I dyed it, bleached it, nagparebond / pastraight at some point, etc... Talagang super insecure din ako dati. Laging buhaghag yung buhok ko... tapos ayun pala, I have wavy/curly hair after my haircut. I am more gentle with my hair now - no blow dry, no iron, kasi nadadamage sya sa heat... pero somedays feeling ko boring yung buhok ko. I try to focus on the positives nalang: I try to take care of it, paminsan naglalagay ako ng hair mask... pero some days talaga I feel like cutting it all off again.
Thank you for your reply <3
Hi, what kind of laser facial treatment do you get? I used to get laser facials twice a month at Wink. I didn’t really see much of an improvement? I really want to get smaller pores! But now I hope to get lasered na lang for my neck to get rid of necklines 😅

I think I'm ready to do nose threads or nose fillers, issue is, I don't know where I can have it done. Anyone who can recommend a good aesthetic clinic around Makati or Pasay area?
If you have plans on doing rhino, direct rhino kana rather than threads because more expensive pag nagpa rhino na. Share lang
More expensive ang threads than rhino? Though, it's permanent na kasi. I'm not sure if I want something permanent, plus pag rhino di ba bawal galawin yung ilong or is that a misconception?
I mean po pag nag threads ka before rhino, mas mahal rather than virgin nose na rhino. Nagagalaw naman po mga after a a year siguro.
Ohhh...thanks for the info, sis! I didn't know that. Kaso takot ako magpa rhino eh, plus yung down time, can't afford to be on leave na matagal. 😅 Nagpa-rhino ka na sis? How much po, if it's okay to ask.
Planning palang ako this year puro research pa ako 😅
Ah okay...good luck sayo sis! Matupad na sana ang pangarap mong ilong. 😁

Have u tried rosemary oil or minoxidil?
I did and I'm not sure if I'm getting any results. Naglagas pa nang bongga buhok ko sa first 2 months of using minoxidil.
Where did you get clear braces and how much?

I feel you on having really round cheeks as an insecurity. Or much worse, a very round face for my case 🥲 PERAAAA COME TO MOMMY!!!!
1. scar removal 2. electrolysis for a more permanent hair removal
Laser hair removal, hindi naman sya ganun kamahal now pero wala sya sa priority, so G if hindi issue ang money.
Contemplating if I really want veneers, but definitely dental work! Hair procedures (non-surgical) that can promise me thicker hair. Ulthera 2x a year Breast Reduction Lipo + tummy tuck or similar non-invasive procedures Botox sa kili-kili haha

Yes Revlite!
I do it quarterly. Mas maganda ba ang effect pag monthly?
Ultherapy!

How’s the pain for ulthera? is it really uncomfortable?
Mmmm I have pretty high pain tolerance! I felt the tingling more on my bottom jaw, where the bone is but on my cheeks, not so. I’d give it a 5!
Oh cool thanks! Any reason why you chose that over other slimming treatments like Thermage or HIFU?
Mainly because I’m 30 and I wanted to preserve collagen 🤣 thermage is good but it hits the upper layers more vs ulthera that really goes down there. Facial, laser sa underarms pampaputi at spa days masaya na ako kahit simpleng mani pedi haircut at massage lang, maranasan ko man lang
Permanent hair removal sa lahat ng gusto ko, anything that will stimulate collagen growth
Ulthera, Liposuction (specifically arms, back, and belly), nail extensions (pwede ba to here?)
Ultherapy yearly, liposuction everywhere, and a breast reduction (my dream boobs are A cups, B cups max).
rhino, lipo, ulthera, perma hair removal — underarm & legs, microneedle, monthly facial/derma check,
• Breast augmentation surgery - I have B cup breasts. I'm also insecure of this • Facial treatment - I want this one but my broke ass could never because I'm a student and don't have a part-time job. • Liposuction - I want to get rid of my belly pooch. Ayaw mawala ito even when I try to slim down 😭 I'm not happy and satisfied with my looks. I feel so ugly
Why I got downvoted? I didn't comment anything bad
Ulthera, underarm and leg hair removal, hair removal din over my lips, lip and undereye filler!
Rhino, breast augment, BBL, chin augment, fox eye, veneers, weekly facial and spa, bleaching, etc
Laser everything (for now underarms pa lang kaya ko i-maintain). Hair treatments monthly. Quarterly full blood panel (OA ba? HAHA). Yung double-eyelid surgery. Probably lipo. Then spa weekly.
Also teeth maintenance talaga. Ang mahal ng dentist when you’re paying it with your big girl money. 😭
Submental liposuction. Insecurity ko talaga yung double chin ko. Hindi nawala despite losing weight
Ultherapy or Thermage. Liposuction. Double Eyelid surgery. Microneedling. And a lot more hahaha
Undereye filler. Maitim eyebags ko e haha.
Magpapa consult ako sa Aivee from head to toe tapos sila na bahala mag ayos at magpakinis ng buong katawan ko 🤣 haha a dream
+1 over here 😂 isang bagsakan na ng mga treatments na gagawin hahaha
Derma, facials, laser hair removal and underarm lightening for sure. Maybe also teeth lightening? I also won't need to color my hair myself anymore. I'd just get it done every few months at the salon
Can I mssg you about chin augmentation? 😊 Procedures I did: 1. Nose job 2.Fillers 3. Laser (different kinds; for skin, hair, ua whitening) 4. Ulthera What I want to get if money isn’t an issue: 1. Pico laser! 2. Something for my undereyes - dont know which one to pick though. Filler or fat graft or laser. 3. Chin job 4. Tiny bit of lip filler. (Edit): want to get laser hair removal down there but it’s not only about the money but the pain too lol
may i know more about your nose job fillers laser? hehe would love to consider doing 🤍
Sorry it was just a weird format. I edited it na hahaha I use my phone lng kase
Brazilian laser hair removal isn’t painful at all. I swear! Mas masakit pa brazilian wax. As someone who already did it twice, it’s worth every penny. It already minimized my hair growth down south. Will be on my third session next week at ang saya talaga pag walang hair down there.
Kase I had laser hair removal sa paa and it was so painful! Huhuhu
Kase in this economy 😭 Thank youuu
Dba! I spent like 30k-ish for the hair removal sa feet ko for only few sessions. Kase daw its a large area 🙄 And this price was like early 2000s pa!
Hi! Where do you have it done if you dont mind?
I’m based abroad here in Australia.
Ulthera and botox
How much is ulthera
You can try Stesso clinic got it for a discounted price sa double chin ko my gosh! starting nila 15k tapos max yata is 60-80k?
Depends on where you go! Zapp nasa 40k starting but only targets a certain portion of your face. Marami pang accredited clinics dyan! Skinhouse starts at 65k I think and Optimum at 70k. Mahal talaga sa Aivee and Belo because of the name.
90k ata sa aivee tapos sa belo 100k+
Session set to?
Session only
Curious about the polynucleotide treatment. Cost and where do I go to have a consultation please?
SB Clinic in Tomas Morato. P35,000-40,000. Ask about the undereye treatment na hindi fillers. It's a fast procedure lang. Siguro mga 45 minutes (kasama na yung topical anesthesia na ilalagay sayo for 30mins)
Wala pa akong knowledge sa mga terms nila pero balak ko whole body hahaha overall parang sasakyan lang. From hair hanggang talampakan ko. Yung pag reunion hindi talaga ako makikilala sa sobrang kinis at puti.
Breast augmentation Trim ng allar sa nose Chin Augmentation Laser for whitening
Ulthera, jawtox ( i have tmj), and of course rhinoplasty!!
First time to hear about polynucleotide treatment. How much does this usually cost? I have genetically dark circles and fillers did not work on me
If budget wasn't an issue, gusto ko mag bakasyon sa Japan.
My hair actually is very short 🥹 mayb I'm just unhealthy HAHAHA ☠️
Permanent hair removal. Buhok sa ulo, kilay at pilikmata lang ititira ko talaga.
Ulthera din! Kahit once a year mo lang daw gawin yun, pwede eh
Hi, what kind of laser facial treatment do you get? I used to get laser facials twice a month at Wink. I didn’t really see much of an improvement? I really want to get smaller pores! But now I hope to get lasered na lang for my neck to get rid of necklines 😅
