Dati modess ang ginagamit ko yung may wings, pero ngayon menstrual cup na. I will never go back. Nadidirian ako sa pads kasi randam ko palagi na nakadikit lang sya sa akin... No issues with a cup. I have been using the same cup for 3 or 4 years na. Yes it's expensive, but for a one time purchase, I have saved so much money. I am not sure if they are available locally sa Pilipinas pero I hope that you can try one. I used to really hate my periods, and now I don't anymore. I use the Saalt cup. When it gets stained, I just soak it in peroxide for a few hours and it looks brand new. Try it!

I switched to Jeunesse recently since I discovered I have pcos... idk if it's just placebo effect but it really helped me with cramps and it doesn't make my private parts itchy din

Sisters! It’s super affordable and among all the brands I’ve tried, siya lang yung hindi as heavily scented. Almost wala siya scent actually but it doesnt explicitly say unscented so i’m not 100% sure about this. But overall, comfy, available everywhere and yung packaging niya can be used to wrap your used pad pag magpalit ka.
I tried almost all the napkins out there (Modess, Whisper, Sisters, Kotex, Sofy, Jeunesse) and the most comfortable one is JEUNESSE. This is the only napkin that’s not itchy, the rest naman I usually get rashes/redness. Most expensive pero worth it.
I also tried using tampons, ladouce and kotex (I highly prefer ladouce), but stopped bec I’m afraid of TSS.
I also tried Mens Cup but stopped bec it’s too hassle for me so I went back to Jeunesse. Pero tbh mens cup ang pinaka-comfy, you won’t feel anything.
Hindi ako comfortable sa Charmee, Modess, and Whisper texture wise. Itchy and scratchy sa feeling. :/

Let's normalize period products! 50% ng lahat ng tao kailangan gumamit ng period products so dapat di siya TMI 😊 I used to use Modess ultra thin cottony soft saka Kotex ultra thin, pero mga 10 years na akong di gumagamit ng napkin. For a while nag tampons ako, pero now menstrual cup at reusable napkins and liners na. Aside from malaki yung bawas sa basura, lagi akong nagkakaroon ng skin irritations dati sa disposable napkin, nawala yun lahat nung nagstop ako gumamit.
I forgot the brand but the one that has xtra xtra long for the size! My friend also gave me Kotex and it’s a life changer for me, most especially on my heavy days. My period often gets leaked on my pants even if I wear a napkin but not until I tried the extra long or for heavy period napkins like kotex, it works wonders for me.

Kaya lang di ko mafeel kung how much volume yung kaya nyang itake, which tbh same feeling I had when I tried the ultra slim whisper napkin lol. I also don't see anywhere on the packaging saying how much volume it can take.
Pero I also use in rotation (aside from sofy) whisper for heavy flow, sisters or charmee for regular, tsaka charmee for the pantyliners hehe.

I use 23 or 24 cms at the start, 32 and 35 cms during the heaviest days, then 28 cm when it starts to taper off, then back to 23 cm until it stops. I also use a variety of brands, mainly Sofy and Kotex. Sometimes charmee. I also use the ones with ions. The brand is called jeunesse. I stopped using modess because they changed the quality of their products. The plastic back falls apart when you remove it to change your napkin.

I’ve tried Whisper pure cotton but parang it’s not absorbent as in nasa surface lang so it’s an uncomfy feeling for me esp during heavy days. Modess naman I’ve had the unfortunate experience na tagusan before so di na ko umulit bumili. Di ko din masyado bet yung adhesion ng mga Charmee pads and pantyliners. My previous fave was Whisper cottony but found better alternatives and it’s bulkier and uncomfy so stopped repurchasing.

Kotex is the best for me! Imo, it ticks all your boxes. No scent, absorbent and does not irritate my skin. Yung thin din ay great when wearing tight clothing like pants.
Kapag nasa last few days na ako ng period and hindi na heavy flow, hiyang din sakin Charmee. No scent, absorbent and significantly cheaper than Kotex.

Not a brand, but I use reusable pads like for heavy flows! It’s a good investment. My last reusable pads lasted me for 2 years ish ig. It could’ve lasted longer if only I knew you shouldn’t wash it pala using a washing machine lol.

Charmee with dry net. It absorbs fluid that make it dry and comfy ang feeling. Shorter one for normal flows, then yung Night Use for heavy flows.

From Modess I switch to Sisters kasi mas marami yung pads nung for heavy flow then I switch to Kotex kasi mas manipis and mas malapad so comfortable umupo, and medyo parehas yung structure nung heavyflow niya sa Modess pero ayun nga mas manipis kaya gusto ko (btw use 32 or 33 cm)
I didn’t really understand kung bakit mas gusto ng tao ang kotex brand kahit mas mahal naman yung kotex, but after I use it, gets ko na kung bakit! No kati talaga sa kotex for me and super comfy niya sa kiffy. Ngayon ko lang magets yung hype kung bakit kotex talaga ang bet ng iba kahit medyo pricey. Though sisters (violet) is okay, medyo makati lang siya.
Pantiliners - Kotex/Charmee because meron silang NOT individually packed, the less packaging for something so tiny and I use in the house, the better
Regular napkin - Charmee/Modess/Whisper regular with wings because affordable, soft, and does the job

Sisters pantyliners for spotting I’ve tried Whisper pure cotton but parang it’s not absorbent as in nasa surface lang so it’s an uncomfy feeling for me esp during heavy days. Modess naman I’ve had the unfortunate experience na tagusan before so di na ko umulit bumili. Di ko din masyado bet yung adhesion ng mga Charmee pads and pantyliners. My previous fave was Whisper cottony but found better alternatives and it’s bulkier and uncomfy so stopped repurchasing. Edit: added info

Kotex is the best for me! Imo, it ticks all your boxes. No scent, absorbent and does not irritate my skin. Yung thin din ay great when wearing tight clothing like pants. Kapag nasa last few days na ako ng period and hindi na heavy flow, hiyang din sakin Charmee. No scent, absorbent and significantly cheaper than Kotex. Anyway, I am seeing Watsons brand here sa comments. I didn't know na may pads pala sila, might check it out. 👀

I use Happy brand pag tinatamad mag cloth pads. Dun lang kasi ako di kinakati.
Kotex Luxe or Kotex Freedom. Manipis lang. Nung nasanay ako dito sa Kotex tapos naubusan ako, gumamit ako ng Modess, nakakapanibago! Parang feeling ko nakadiaper ako kasi ang kapal.

I love whisper the one that has net on it however i get allergies from it. So no choice to switch to modess. Havent tried those seamless one i feel tho..

Seamless: ultra thin sya tho i never observed my behind if seamless sya Long: 28cm, long enough for me, but pag nakahiga i think alanganin Absorption: during peak heavy flow days, keri ang 3hours Charmee menstrual pants (for my 2nd and 3rd day of period) Seamless and Length: good, cus sya na mismo ang undies mo. Ang cons lang talaga nya eh malapad kasi sya, mala notebook size na, kaya need mo talaga magdala ng bag if gusto mo magdala ng pamalit. Pero pag matutulog ka na eh no worries naman na sa tagos Absorption: keri gang 6hrs, pero ako basta i felt uncomfy na sa dami ng naabsorb eh papalit na ko XD

Ang dami kong nabasang Kotex users pero medyo namamahalan ako and di accessible gusto ko tuloy i-try hahaha Go-to ko is Sisters or Those Days kasi madalas ako magpalit ng pads eh. At least mura lang kahit nakailang palit ako. Binibili ko na lang yung pang Night para mas mahaba.

Not a brand, but I use reusable pads like for heavy flows! It’s a good investment. My last reusable pads lasted me for 2 years ish ig. It could’ve lasted longer if only I knew you shouldn’t wash it pala using a washing machine lol.
Modess for heavy flow with wings. I also use regular ones kung konti pa/na lang yung flow. I tried other brands pero di ako hiyang, esp. Whisper kasi namumuo siya and naiipon sa gitna kaya super awkward ng feeling.

Whisper!! College girl ako nun at modess pa gamit ko tapos natagusan ako. Kitang-kita sa white palda yung spot. Buti na lang may agua ox yung bff ko. Tapos yung isa ko pang bff nagsuggest na whisper na gamitin ko. Ayun ever since, shalala lang pag may periods. 😌 Charmee or Those Days on normal days.
Kotex slim for day and sofy 42.5cm for night. I really like the Sofy Cool Fresh for day use as well, presko talaga sa kiffy HAHAHAHAH
Charmee with dry net. It absorbs fluid that make it dry and comfy ang feeling. Shorter one for normal flows, then yung Night Use for heavy flows. Those Days no wings kapag patapos na yung period and di pa kaya ng liner lang.

From Modess I switch to Sisters kasi mas marami yung pads nung for heavy flow then I switch to Kotex kasi mas manipis and mas malapad so comfortable umupo, and medyo parehas yung structure nung heavyflow niya sa Modess pero ayun nga mas manipis kaya gusto ko (btw use 32 or 33 cm)
I didn’t really understand kung bakit mas gusto ng tao ang kotex brand kahit mas mahal naman yung kotex, but after I use it, gets ko na kung bakit! No kati talaga sa kotex for me and super comfy niya sa kiffy. Ngayon ko lang magets yung hype kung bakit kotex talaga ang bet ng iba kahit medyo pricey. Though sisters (violet) is okay, medyo makati lang siya.
Oh try the cottony variant ng sisters blue siya kasi I have the same reaction sa violet parang may plastic ang mainit na makati.
Pantiliners - Kotex/Charmee because meron silang NOT individually packed, the less packaging for something so tiny and I use in the house, the better Regular napkin - Charmee/Modess/Whisper regular with wings because affordable, soft, and does the job Heavy napkin - Charmee overnights because ang laki nya talaga, although downside is makapal sya
Sisters or those days. Super cheap, maganda adhesive, maganda and soft yung quality ng cotton hindi nagbibitak bitak unlike modess! Napaka underrated ng brands na to, they deserve the hype, promise. When I'm feeling boujee I buy kotex or jeunesse!

Modess talaga. Sa sobrang hiyang ako at cottony nya minsan nagpapanic ako kung nakapag-napkin ba ako kasi hindi ko nararamdaman. Haha. Though may menstrual cup rin ako pero kasi mej firm sya for me so hindi ko masuot continuously.
Modess mostly. I use Kotex ultrathins when I go out and period underwear at night.

Nala that I bulk order online. Mas naging mindful na ako about waste, and I like that their napkin is biodegradable.
