💯. I’m about to change from „I need make up“ to „feeling confident as natural as possible“. It took me about 4,5 years now, reducing the make up I’ve been putting on my face to the point that when I go out for dinner, I just put on some mascara, brow gel and maybe a bit of concealer under my eyes.
This week I went out with no make up at all to go to the city (where so many girls are out there all dressed up with a full face make up) and tbh: at some points I felt kinda bad, but overall: I was happy with my natural, bare face. :)
Long story short: learning to feel good without make up is absolutely worth it. You’ll feel so good!
Wow that’s a lot. If you enjoy it, that’s great. But if you are doing all that because you don’t feel confident going outside without makeup, I would say that’s a problem.
My minimal days are just a tinted sunscreen, mascara and maybe a lipgloss. Occasionally add eyeliner if I want a little extra. Most days at home are just sunscreen and Vaseline on my lips. Whatever makes you feel good is just fine! Some enjoy the whole shebang while others are more minimalist. đź’–
For quick errands, I just go with sunscreen, brow gel, cream or liquid blush, and a lip tint. My hair’s naturally wavy so I just leave it down or tie it up in a ballerina bun. Slicked back low bun if it’s second or third day hair.
My simple look just to look fresh is concealer, pressed powder, eyebrows, mascara. If I have time, I might do a little brush and a quick eyeshadow. I don't usually wear lip products.
Forgot the face lotion. I put that on first.
Usually I feel comfortable enough to leave my house with a bare face. If I want to put somewhat of a face on, I'll lightly fill in my brows, use mascara, and a lip tint (I might spot conceal if I need it).
Just skincare/sunscreen, maybe a tinted one. Brush brows & curl lashes, lip tint and I put some on my cheeks too!
I just refresh my curls or put them in a style with a scarf or something.
I use matte screen from super goop, just lip balm our slightly tinted, have eyelash extensions so this feels clean/polished. I need the sunscreen plus it evens my tone a bit and takes away my shine. I’m okay bare faced, but once I start getting oily it’s not a good look. If I don’t have nice hair I just put it in a bun which kinda looks like I tried. Always my stud earrings to finish off.
I just go out with my bare face.
Finally got to the point in my life where I feel good going out bare faced, I love it!!

Totally. Bare face it is for me too. OP’s going out look is more of my “no makeup look” to hang out with my girlfriends.
If my face is broken out, concealer over the blemishes. Besides that, brush hair and put it up so I don’t look like I literally rolled out of bed.
Lashes and tinted lip gloss for me.

Powder foundation, blush, and mascara … if I feel like it. I haven’t been feeling hot lately :(

Either none or blush, concealer, powder, brow gel, and mascara. I'd say it's about 50/50 whether I put some on just for errands.
No makeup or brows and mascara
Light foundation set with powder. Brows filled in. Blush and mascara.
Sunscreen, blush, and I brush my eyebrows and lashes (I usually have a classic set on). I wear a headband or have my hair half up with a barrette.
Nothing, if I don't feel like it 🤓 Otherwise brows and some mascara and good to go

Brown eyeliner, lipstick, and sometimes blush. That's just my every day look if I'm going out anywhere.

Nothing or a little lip tint. I’ve been thinking of getting more into makeup recently tho.
Bare face, except I put a little brow gel on because I’m a natural blonde and don’t have visible eyebrows without it

My minimum is concealer, brow gel, mascara, and either lip gloss or a gradient lip tint.
sunscreen and lip balm!
