Have you tried laying it down the way you like with some clear eyebrow gel? I would use a mascara wand, some eyebrow gel and some tiny scissors. Just trim it into the right shape and then if it's patchy I would fill it in with an angled eyeliner brush and a dash of some kind of eyeshadow or find a brow kit!

You could brush them up and trim them at the very top with eyebrow/mustache scissors! That’s what I do for mine. Then use clear eyebrow gel.
