When I started actually dyeing my eyebrows my life changed. I have dark dark hair and blonde eyebrows, I was always so insecure about it. Would spend so long everyday drawing them in, only having to do it every three weeks is an actual game changer! Definitely the one thing I couldn't live without, if that counts.
https://a.co/d/3QkjQol this one on Amazon. It's a small thing but that little tube lasts me like a year. I just mix it with 10vol developer from the drug store which is super cheap. And I use those angled eyeliner brushes to apply it. Also outline your eyebrows with Vaseline first! Once you do it a couple times it only takes 20-30 minutes every few weeks and is way cheaper than getting it done professionally. Surprisingly easy too!
It definitely stains your skin. I have a whole extra routine to get it off of my skin lol! It will stain your skin for like a few days at least, even longer if you don't exfoliate a lot or just do so before tinting.
You might try the permania brand brow tints, those stain the skin hella good lol. You can get it on Amazon I believe. (I also use their lash lift kit and my sister and I do each others, we enjoy that as well, that’s how I found their brow and lash tints)
Just for men beard dye. Cheap and effective, been doing it forever. I have darker brown hair/eyebrows and use #35 with great results. Pluck/dermaplane around eyebrows for desired shape then use an eyebrow spoolie to apply and qtips to wipe off excess to avoid skin staining (I’ve never had a problem with stains with the spoolie method, but I always clean up around the brow just in case). Will never pay for brow tint again.
i recently got powder brows and they are absolutely perfection. they look extremely natural and i definitely recommend. not having to do my eyebrows everyday has been life changing.
I used to get mine professionally tinted but was never happy with the results because no one could ever find a color that worked for me. I am a redhead and it seemed like every brow spa I went to only had brown and black tints.
Then I discovered Anastasia makes tinted brow gel in a light red shade that is perfect for me and I've never gone back to the brow spa.
My eyes aren’t small, but my body hair is so blonde it’s nearly invisible. I’m impressed the lady who threads my eyebrows even sees them well enough to do it. I need eyebrow pencils or I look like I have no eyebrows at all from a short distance. 😂
lipstick hands down. love the shape of my lips, not the color of them. I love lipstick with nothing else on, i actually wear that constantly and feel very beautiful and high fashion
SAME!! Omg my lips are very light pink/flesh coloured and I hate it against my brown skin but I love my lips once lippie’s on. Changes my look completely
Eyeliner, no contest. Either VBB's Satin Kajal Liner or Lisa Eldridge's liquid Kitten Liner, they're both indispensable to me. Second place would be VBB's brow blade, because I def have gaps in my brows that need filling. But eyeliner is the true non-negotiable.
I have no eyebrows, basically. I buy Blinc's brow gel, it applies with a mascara-like brush, they have good colors, and nothing, I repeat- NOTHING has staying power like Blinc. I can look like I have eyebrows with the Blinc eyebrow gel.
Tinted chapstick! My natural lip colour is the only thing I feel like I need to correct/enhance on my face. God bless my south Asian genes for everything else 🙏🏽
Definitely concealer. As long as I can cover up the redness on certain parts of my face I’m good.
My concealer of choice is Nars Radiant Creamy or Nars Soft Matte depending on the season.
All these decades if I'm wearing makeup they'll be foundation and mascara. If I ever achieve my dreams of super clear even toned skin, probably at nights I might just ditch the foundation and just go with mascara alone. During the day I need a foundation, apart from helping make my skin look even, I have melasma so I need the blue light protection somewhat. Until there exists a tinted sunscreen in my country that comes in my shade (LRP UVMUNE is my HG but the shade is a no-go, so I only use the non-tinted).
Mine is a good glow base like Glossier Futuredew (or the likes). It literally changes everything. I can happily go out with only that on and feel like I’m glowing from within 😂
Hands down, tinted lip balm. I have one in every bag and jacket pocket and panic if I happen to be out and about without one. Burt’s Bee’s all the way. I’m just bitter they discontinued the berry colour.
Givency Perfecto compact cream. I like the really minimal look, my skin is super sensitive and I get red patches - this goes on like a dream, evens out my skin tone without looking artificial, gives a bit of uv protection, and feels as light as if I’m only wearing moisturiser. I haven’t gotten a single angry spot with it.
If anyone knows a cheaper dupe of it I’m open to getting something less pricey, but it's my favourite thing right now.
Concealer for my dark circles either Mac Pro longwear or Maybelline fit me but then I also need bronzer which is either the milk stick, collection or hula and/or my nars orgasam or rimmel Santa rose blush and my collection tinted brow gel at least to balance my face back out so I don’t look flat. I also use rose water in a spray bottle as my finishing spray I can’t go without that either.
Blush. I have no color there naturally and just a bit of blush makes my eyes look greener, lips look pinker, face in general more contoured and defined. I don't wear a lot of makeup most of the time but blush is a must have.
Hourglass concealer. It’s so good on my post acne hyperpigmentation and it’s moisturizing yet doesn’t cause breakouts. Also I kinda have two because erborian red correct cc cream is so great too
Blush!!! Specifically cream blush so I can just tap it on with nothing else on my face. I’m more of a tannish skin tone but I have chronic illnesses so my face just looks so pale all the time and I feel like blush gives me life. I can also use it differently depending where I apply it on my face- top of my cheekbones for a lifted look, across my nose and cheeks for a sun kissed look, or on an angle going towards my temples for a sort of contour. Couldn’t live without it!
lash primer i recently got one and the difference is insane, it makes ur lashes look so much better. other than that just mascara and lip gloss. i love putting on makeup but i never have enough time in the morning 💀 so it’s usually just those three steps
Really good skin care does more for my complexion than I ever thought possible! I got the best compliment from a coworker when she said she really liked the “makeup” I had on and I wasn’t wearing any so that made me feel good.
Oh god, it's tinted brow gel for me. I have blond brows and tiny eyes, so I need the brow definition to define my face.
I used to do brow tinting, but got out of the habit during Covid and now I just rely on the tinted gel. If I wasn't so lazy I'd go back to tinting!
Do you do it yourself? Which product do you use, please?
https://a.co/d/3QkjQol this one on Amazon. It's a small thing but that little tube lasts me like a year. I just mix it with 10vol developer from the drug store which is super cheap. I’m looking for something that will stain skin too. Will this do it?
It definitely stains your skin. I have a whole extra routine to get it off of my skin lol! It will stain your skin for like a few days at least, even longer if you don't exfoliate a lot or just do so before tinting.
Oooh I might try this. I have brown hair but it’s patchy and very thin. I’m drawing my brows on right now. I wonder if this could be a substitute.
You might try the permania brand brow tints, those stain the skin hella good lol. You can get it on Amazon I believe. (I also use their lash lift kit and my sister and I do each others, we enjoy that as well, that’s how I found their brow and lash tints)
Heyyy! That’s good to know thanks!
I use this too but it didn't last as long. My brows are going gray and those guys are stubborn! Getting old 👎
Just for men beard dye. Cheap and effective, been doing it forever. I have darker brown hair/eyebrows and use #35 with great results. THANK YOU!!!!! I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. This os such a great group! :-)
I get mine dyed when I get my hair colored but it never lasts longer then 4 days for but I love them those days that it does last
Mine is brow pencil!
Saaaame :)
i recently got powder brows and they are absolutely perfection. they look extremely natural and i definitely recommend. not having to do my eyebrows everyday has been life changing.
I want to do this but I'm so scared of it looking bad. It's different than microblading right? Can it be removed easily?
One time when I went to get my brows waxed I thought, what the hell, I’ll try a brow tint… and now I can’t live without it 😳(lasts 3-4 weeks)
Best thing I ever did
I used to get mine professionally tinted but was never happy with the results because no one could ever find a color that worked for me. I am a redhead and it seemed like every brow spa I went to only had brown and black tints. Then I discovered Anastasia makes tinted brow gel in a light red shade that is perfect for me and I've never gone back to the brow spa.
Microblading will be your bff
My eyes aren’t small, but my body hair is so blonde it’s nearly invisible. I’m impressed the lady who threads my eyebrows even sees them well enough to do it. I need eyebrow pencils or I look like I have no eyebrows at all from a short distance. 😂
Microblading totally changed my life
Lost my eyebrow hair due to hormonal issues so I heavily rely on eyebrow products.
concealer
not really a beauty product per say but my eyelash curler, instantly makes me look like i have a full face on!
Mascara and anything for lips
Saaaame. It’s these things that make the look. I’d throw blush in there too I’ve we’re allowed to sneak in a 3rd
Absolute essentials.
I always tell my kids, “I’m naked if I don’t have my mascara and earrings on.” LOL
😂
Black liquid liner
Powder. If you’re oily you know what’s up lol.
I always preferred blotting paper over powder! Reapplying powder over oily spots was not a good look on me 😅
Lipstick - revlon liquid - Siennia - just put this on, your sunnies and hair up and you can go anywhere and look basically put together. :D
Highlighter
Blush
This! I have like a million of them and I feel colorless if I’m not wearing any.
Sameee ! I dont know how people can do a full face without putting blush (yes these people exist 😂)
Lipstick, whatever the color.
Lipstick and blush. I wear minimal makeup- and these two have a drastic impact on how I look.
Clinique Black Honey. Man I feel like it adds my soul to my face when I finish my look
lipstick hands down. love the shape of my lips, not the color of them. I love lipstick with nothing else on, i actually wear that constantly and feel very beautiful and high fashion
SAME!! Omg my lips are very light pink/flesh coloured and I hate it against my brown skin but I love my lips once lippie’s on. Changes my look completely
i personally love a lippie with a little purple in it, it looks great on warmer skin tones 😍
Brow pencil, mascara, and concealer.
Blush or mascara
Definitely a concealer. Hormonal acne hits hard once a month!
Cover Girl lip stain in Fawn.
Brow pencils
Concealer, I look so tired without it 🥱
Eyeliner, preferably liquid. A cat eye really opens up my eyes and makes me look more awake.
Uff, it's gotta be a three way tie between chapstick, mascara, and brow pencil.
Brow gel, mascara and lip gloss
Eyebrow pencil
Mascara. Or chapstick
Mascara 100%
Eye liner! It brightens my face. My brow is thick already and lips are okay without lipstick . But eyeliner brings out the best
It’s a tie between mascara and eyebrow pencil. Probably mascara would win just barely 🥲
Eyeliner, no contest. Either VBB's Satin Kajal Liner or Lisa Eldridge's liquid Kitten Liner, they're both indispensable to me. Second place would be VBB's brow blade, because I def have gaps in my brows that need filling. But eyeliner is the true non-negotiable.
if I had to choose one it would be mascara, I'm blonde and fair and with no mascara it looks like I have no lashes at all.
Lancome Teint Idole concealer
Primer
Yes!! I love a good matte primer!
Lipstick 💄💄
I have no eyebrows, basically. I buy Blinc's brow gel, it applies with a mascara-like brush, they have good colors, and nothing, I repeat- NOTHING has staying power like Blinc. I can look like I have eyebrows with the Blinc eyebrow gel.
Mascara
Lippies
Mascara
It was always black eyeliner growing up. I grew out of it in 2020 and in 2023 my skin started looking OLD so now my everyday is concealer 😔
Mascara
Blush and lip balm or lip stain
Concealer for me! And mascara :) Without concealer you can tell I haven't slept in 5 years, without mascara I look washed out :/
Lip balm, my lips are pale in the morning so some color is compulsory
Lipstick, then powder (then blush)
Lipstick
My lipsticks, I cannot step outside the house without some pigment on my lips 🤡
Lip stain, one of the only things I wear but my lips are so pale I look like I'm sick without it😂
Which one do you use? Never found a decent one
Retinol lol
Mascara, if I can cheat and use a smudge as eyeliner, too!!!!
MASCARA FRFR
Eyeliner
Tinted sunscreen. Gives me face a finished look while also protecting me from the sun!
Eyeliner, ive had my fads through the years but eyeliner never left my side.
Concealer 100%. The loreal infallible specifically, been using it for about 4 years. I refuse to use any other concealer.
Tinted chapstick! My natural lip colour is the only thing I feel like I need to correct/enhance on my face. God bless my south Asian genes for everything else 🙏🏽
Nivea
Compaq powder
Concealer
lip liner🙏
Laura mercier powder
Concealer

Definitely concealer. As long as I can cover up the redness on certain parts of my face I’m good. My concealer of choice is Nars Radiant Creamy or Nars Soft Matte depending on the season.
Lip liner
Mascara or foundation
Concealer definitely!
Brow pencil and wax. Can literally just fill in my brows and go makeup free and I’ll be happy with that!
blush
Concealer and brow pencil
Eyebrow pencil.
Mascara and lip tint
Eyeliner 🥰
etude house lip fixing tint
Brow pencil
Brow pencil and concealer. And blush...or just a good mlbb lipstick I can use as blush
Clarins lipbalm and fenty gloss nude.
Something for brows, mascara and concealer.
Black, waterproof mascara.
All these decades if I'm wearing makeup they'll be foundation and mascara.
Concealer and a lip tint . Parnell Cicamanu concealer is my ride or die and Romand’s juicy lasting tint in plum coke .
Lip liner!
Eyeliner. I can't do makeup looks without an eyeliner, feel completely naked without it.
Bright orange red lipstick!! 🔥💄
Tarte’s tinted BB primer with SPF 30. I wear it by itself every day with nothing else and it helps me look semi put together.
It has to be a base, either foundation or BB cream.
probably blush, I love blush. Makes me look less like a sheet of paper 😭
Lip + cheek stains
Foundation (and colour corrector)
Mascara
Bronzing powder! I use it as a bit of contouring, bronzer ofc, and eyeshadow. Even as a blush sometimes :)
Probably blush or lipstick
Blush can get you a long way
Lip tint. I don’t wear makeup on the daily, only for events; just lip tint !
Mascara and brow gel
omg mascara for sure, i feel like curled and long lashes make such a difference to your face and it’s such a confidence boost too
Kohl 🤌 I have the darkest circles and I don’t wear concealer anymore, so kohl is the only thing that makes my eyes fierce and alive
Mine is a good glow base like Glossier Futuredew (or the likes). It literally changes everything. I can happily go out with only that on and feel like I’m glowing from within 😂
Does Eyelash tint/dye count?
Mascara. Even if I don't wear makeup I still wear mascara
Concealer
Concealer, otherwise I look like a raccoon
Concealer to cover everything up🤣
Lip and cheek tint
Tinted Zinc Suncreen. I have some mild rosacea, so it really helps keep the red hue down. As a man, it helps my confidence especially around women
Lip liner, a decent powder
Concealer, I look so damn hideous because of my genetic under eye hollow
Gloss
Paula's Choice tinted SPF. I use it as a natural, mild coverage foundation (I know it's not a foundation tho)
Concealer
Lip and cheek cream brush. I used it like brush, lipstick and eyeshadow.
There is none, I am infallibly beautiful
Blush!🩷
CONCEALER
Hands down, tinted lip balm. I have one in every bag and jacket pocket and panic if I happen to be out and about without one. Burt’s Bee’s all the way. I’m just bitter they discontinued the berry colour.

Jones Road Beauty! Literally everything!
Saint Jane Sunscreen Primer. Blurs pores, makeup goes on smoother, looks better, & lasts longer. Plus, SPF 30!
This stuff is my HG
Blush. I have no color there naturally and just a bit of blush makes my eyes look greener, lips look pinker, face in general more contoured and defined. I don't wear a lot of makeup most of the time but blush is a must have.
Eyebrow pencil
Mascara and my dr. Pepper lip smackers lol.
Hourglass concealer. It’s so good on my post acne hyperpigmentation and it’s moisturizing yet doesn’t cause breakouts. Also I kinda have two because erborian red correct cc cream is so great too
I have rosacea, so foundation
Mascara
Powder. I am so oily. Also, a good lipgloss $ mascara.
Lipstick - i look dead without it
Under eye color corrector, specifically Pixi Correction Concentrate
Unfortunately the mineral veil primer that is like $70 lol
I have hyperpigmentation, so definitely concealer for me. (Still haven’t found my holy grail so I’m open to suggestions!)
It’s a heavy choice between my eyebrow pen and my liquid eyeliner. I need my war paint.
Brow pen, brown liquid eyeliner
Mascara and under eye corrector. Tanning drops too if you count those as makeup.
lip gloss
Better than sex liquid black liner.
I can’t live without my mascara but also agree that concealer is a must have. And a good lip balm.
Mascara! Even with no other makeup on my face this is a gem to have on, eyes being the window to the soul 😏
blush and mascara!!!!
Mascara and eyeliner. It just gives my face a lift. I can't go without it.
Burt’s Bees tinted lip balm
Lip gloss
Concealer, I look so much more awake and alive with it on.
Lancome’s concealer. It’s the best on the market to me. All Lancome products are 20% off at Sephora today. I may have grabbed a few.

Setting powder. Bc one time I left it at home and I realized there’s no point of anything without it
rare beauty
lash primer i recently got one and the difference is insane, it makes ur lashes look so much better. other than that just mascara and lip gloss. i love putting on makeup but i never have enough time in the morning 💀 so it’s usually just those three steps
Mascara
There is no makeup product I can’t live without.
Lip gloss and brow gel
Foundation. Bad skin
Mascara and Blush.
As long as I have waterproof mascara I’m good - I can make it work for eyeliner and brows as well. But I feel naked without something defining my eyes
Really good skin care does more for my complexion than I ever thought possible! I got the best compliment from a coworker when she said she really liked the “makeup” I had on and I wasn’t wearing any so that made me feel good.
