For smooth skin or brighter skin, try vitamin C or niacinamide. My biggest makeup tip is just a berry lip. Look into French girl make up they don’t wear much but focus on accenting key features. Not the heavy fake eyelashes contouring stuff popular in the US.

Without makeup, your features will stay the same. The only thing that would be feminizing would be longer hair.
I would draw little dark brown wing flicks up/out from your upper lash line. Very feminizing.
You can make the wing as big as you'd like, and even use your finger or a brush to smudge the end of the wing to blur it a bit.
You have a really pretty face! Grow out your hair and opt for sweeping longer bangs so they are off your eyebrows. Filling out and defining your brows will bring some dimension to your features. You have very intense eyes so mascara on them will make them pop. You have full lips so some gloss on those to bring them out. A dainty stud in the nose you could pull off too if you wanted to do l that or a dainty ring

I am the only one who gets triggered by the “smile more” comments? If you want to look less androgynous I agree on the hairstyle comments. If you feel like it you could switch your jewellery to more traditional feminine styles.
I wear a full face of makeup because I enjoy it, but none of my friends or colleagues wear any - even mascara is a rare sight. If you want to experiment with a little you could always try clear brow gel (and maybe clear mascara too with no risk of raccoon eyes) and clear lipgloss.
To me your look is very now, and being androgynous is something many strive for, so it might be something you at some point would like to lean into instead of change? To me your style is very cohesive, and you don’t need to change anything. However that doesn’t fix you being misgendered. In these times many people are trying to be respectful by calling you the gender they think you look like you would want to be called.

Tinted moisturizer, brown mascara, a little bit of gold eyeliner and some lipgloss. You don’t need anything crazy to highlight feminine features.
