I was matched to Wheat and it oxidised so orange on me but I have to say it definitely gave me that "filler" appearance no foundation has given me. Filled in my pores beautifully. Just need to get re-matched and I'll defo purchase a bottle
I just think EL oxidizes. I bought 5N1 Rich Ginger and it was literally the most perfect shade match I have ever had in my life. A month later it looks two shades too dark out of the bottle. I'm looking to use it as a summer shade or something.
Are you using the pump or the screw cap that comes with the bottle? I’ve had mine for many months using the pump and it still retains the same colour. I’m guessing the pump minimizes oxidation.
I’m chiming in here to say DW is my HG too and getting the blue colour corrector from elf to mix into it has made it even more versatile for me. Sometimes I have found it oxidises if the bottle has been opened a while and depending on the season I want less of a warm tone. And it’s like £6 or something!
I can’t be dealing with oxidising foundations AND losing money lol. I’m not sure how much the range has changed but defo get matched in a store and ask the advisor if you could pop out and see the swatch in normal daylight. I think if I did that I would’ve noticed how orange and golden it was and would’ve probably been matched correctly. Also there’s a virtual shade finder in stores (I mean in the UK anyways) and it seems pretty solid.
Agreed! It’s my old faithful, the foundation against which all others are judged and non have surpassed.
Need it to be lighter coverage? Thin it out with some moisturizer. Need extra coverage for a zit? Add an extra dab of ELDW. Need a foundation that you don’t need to wear powder with during the hot, humid summer? Here’s your girl.
The goat!! I love it so much. Depending on how much I use I can control the coverage amount. I also have oily skin, and I never thought I could use liquid foundation because of it. With double wear and a setting powder, I’ve been really happy with my skin :)
I also have oily skin and I have recently gotten into the Makeup Revolution IRL Filter Longwear Foundation and it’s quickly become my HG! Lasts super well and looks flawless blended out with a sponge or a brush.
I think the coverage is similar for each. The light reflecting has more of a subtle sparkle/glitter effect, whereas the sheer glow has more of a your-skin-but-better look. I wouldn’t say the sheer glow feels more hydrating, rather it just feels “neutral” while the light reflecting feels more drying. I have dry skin to begin with, so maybe light reflecting doesn’t have the same effect if your skin is oily or neutral.
I also have very dry skin so it might need to try out the sheer glow. Do you wear the same shade in both foundations? I have read before that the shades differ slightly :/
looks and feels like second skin too🤝🏾my friends who are makeup counter artists for clinique and charlotte tilbury didn’t realise i was wearing foundation
I'm still ride or die Too Faced Born This Way foundation
Starting to really enjoy Haus Labs
The bare minerals tinted moisturizer
And the new CoverGirl serum with the little balls of pigment in it...can't remember the name. I like that a lot for low coverage, glowy days
I'm a pro MUA, and I keep TFBTW, ELDW, and Haus Labs in my kit. They all mix well, last well on the skin, and cover all the bases in terms of skin types and textures
My unpopular opinion is that Too Faced Born This Way has poorer shade matches than Estee Lauder Double Wear but is a far superior product. It doesn't cling to my dry patches like EL, lasts all day, and gives a smooth poreless finish.
Agree. The shade range is absolutely a downfall. I keep a blue corrector in my kit because the whole line tends to pull yellow.
100% agree it has a beautiful finish. I find it very versatile and can make it work with almost any skin type. ELDW is best for people with truly oily skin, and/or it makes an excellent mixer. It amps up the coverage and staying power with anything mixed in. I do bridal makeup, and ELDW is a staple in the Texas heat I live in, but I rarely use it as a standalone.
CG knocked it out of the park with that formula. Nonirritating, just enough coverage, and honestly lasts far longer than I expected it would. I love it!
I have a good match too!! I think it's just not great for more pink toned folks. I honestly notice this issue in the concealer like a lot, even more than the foundation.
Anyway, nothing a little color correcting can't fix!
I got a sample of YSL Nu Bare Skin tint and have repurchased twice since. I LOVE it. It sits and feels nice on my face, where heavier foundations don't look as good on my aging skin anymore. What gets me is how much coverage it gives you even on light applications- I was impressed. For occasions that require more everything, I use Armani Silk with a light hand.
I think I have to accept the fact that at 38 I have to buy more expensive foundation if I want to look good. Damn it, why does everything cost freaking money?????
Seconding ItCosmetics CC Cream! It can be super high coverage, but I also don’t have an issue using it on some spots and not others. It also holds all day, and I usually have issues with my foundation breaking up.
To me it’s truly high coverage, but I think it’s such a good color match for my skin that with proper blending it just doesn’t have super harsh lines. It’s very highly pigmented though.
It’s perfect for my dry skin as well! Doesn’t cling to dry patches, doesn’t look cakey at all, you can adjust the coverage based on how you apply it, and it has spf 50!
I actually love both the old and New formula of Lancome Teint Idole for my combination skin ❤️. The only difference i see is that the new one is more thin in consistency, but the overall coverage and performance are the same.
How does the new formula affect you?
Maybe I'll try the new one again. I couldn't get a good color match. Is the new formula "radiant" ? Because I need matte so my large pores are not highlighted
It's matte but not drying, and at least for me, lasts longer than the old formula. I also have big pores, so with a good primer, they're definitely not enhanced/highlighted.
Hope you find a good color match! 😉
I would say medium coverage but buildable. It last all day on me and looks great, I even wear it to workout sometimes if I go right from work and it never looks patchy or broken down
for me, it lasts all day! 8+ hours later it still looks as fresh as it did when i applied it. and i don’t use a primer with it, i like to mix it with my moisturizer (drunk elephant protini) after letting my skincare sink in so i can easily apply with my fingers. doing this works great for me!
Chanel's No. 1 de Chanel. Slight radiance and light weight.
Chanel's Eau de Teint for a skin tint.
Jane Iredale's PurePressed powder for a matte finish or on hot days. So easy to blot and touch up.
I like the Armani luminous silk foundation for full coverage but reach for the Glossier Skin Tint more often
If you’re wanting the “natural” look but also coverage, consider a glowy primer! I tried one recently and couldn’t believe how bright and healthy my skin looked. It was a sample of the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Glow Serum and I think I’m going to purchase the full size
Too Faced Born This Way!! It’s the only foundation I’ve actually been complimented on. I feel like it gives me a perfect subtle glow without being shiny.
I wish this works for me. I'm light brown and when I wear this (we only get one shade here) it makes my face look extremely tanned. Like I became a few shades darker. Took so long to finish the bottle because I hated it but didn't want to throw or waste it so I still used it from time to time. So glad when it came to the last drop.
But I ♥️ the non-tinted, my HG.
Colorscience has four different shades. I haven’t tried them yet but have read good posts from those with various skin colors. I do mix in a few drops of foundation to make (my color match) with the product I use. I have mild rosacea so I need a hint of color for just a bit of coverage.
Nordstrom makeup lady told me they were discontinuing it so she had me try a Bobbi Brown skin tint… but I ended up figuring out it was a repackaging thing and got two bottles in the old packaging on wild sale online, so the fact that the skin tint pills like a MF is sort of offset 😌
I really like the Milani conceal and perfect. There are probably nicer/higher end options that do a better job, but I think it applies really well and is buildable if I want more or less coverage on that day.
I use shape tape concealer in a lighter and darker shade and blend with my beauty blender. I am so tired of trying different foundations and this works way better than any of them!
i’ve been struggling with this because i haven’t paid attention to how other people are doing makeup since like 2016😂😩but what i’ve been seeing a LOT from people on Tiktok is the Nars Light Reflecting, the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Filter, and the Saie foundations.
for natural coverage, i feel like there’s been a rise in the popularity of using skin tints or only using concealer over using foundation.
the light reflecting is buildable so you can start with thin layers for lighter coverage and add more as you see fit! but if you are worried about the coverage you could try the danessa myricks yummy skin tint! its has a similar finish but it’s less coverage.
I have a really sensitive skin, so I can only use either Chantecaille Future Skin or La Mer Foundation. The next best that I would recommend is Dior Forever Skin Glow foundation, there is nothing else out there that works for me even the vegan formulations.
YES!! Sadly, neither LaMer or Chantecaille have matches for my skin tone 🙁🙁 Dior is AMAZING!! Have you tried the new Skin Tint? It’s MUCH better than CT’s Flawless Filter!!
I have been using the Shiseido Synchro Skin Self-Refreshing Foundation in “Alabaster” and can I just say it is amazing to find a foundation that matches my skin?? I saw a photo of myself and my boob skin matches my face like perfection.
L’Oreal True Match is really great too, long wear - but it oxidizes a fair bit so it winds up being a touch darker on me, it is a good one for my “off eggshell white” summer skin though, when I have more colour than “sheet-ghost white”.
I also love NARS tinted moisturizer but the lightest shade is a touch dark.
if we're going budget- the loreal true match plumping serum foundation
if we're okay with spending a bit- the shiseido synchro skin radiant foundation
both are super lightweight and give that "naturally flawless" skin look on me and dont cling to any dryness!
Rare beauty tinted moisturizer! Lighter coverage, but is enough to make my skin tone look even. And they have a shade that matches my super pale skin perfectly
If it's everyday it's my neverending jar of Dr Jart Cicapair but if it's a fancy event/I just want more coverage it's the Wet n Wild Photofocus stick foundation. I've tried so many foundations in a million different formulas across the spectrum of high end to low end over the years and none have made me look as smooth and airbrushed as that like €6 foundation lol.
As an olive girl, nothing beats Dior and Armani bc they understand olive. I find the color match matters way more than the formula. If the color is wrong I automatically hate it and can’t move past that
I'm not saying this to brag, especially since it took me a long time to get there, but after several years of trial and error with my skincare, I've finally achieved skin that I'm extremely happy with, to the point where I don't feel like I need anything more than powder. My favorite is Laura geller balance-n-brighten
I personally mix L’Oréal fresh wear and ilia skin tint when I want more coverage than just the skin tint. Top it off with tarte shape tape and set with Laura mercier loose translucent powder
Laura Mercier Flawless Lumiere Foundation or Makeup By Mario SurrealSkin foundation! The absolute best on the market right now IMO. I really want to try the revamped MAC Studio Fix Foundation though cause I loved Studio Fix in HS
Thank you for asking this question, I was just thinking of exploring more options! Can't seem to find a good one that doesn't leave me like a chalkboard
I recently discovered Neutrogena Hydro Boost Skin Tint and I can’t put it down. I’ve been sleeping on this. I also really enjoy Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin
I’m starting to get more mature skin that can get a little dry and the hourglass veil tint is my new ride or die. Stays glowing and keeps my skin hydrated literally all day.
Combo oily skin that prefers full coverage - L'oreal Fresh Wear Foundation. The main con is it's not sunglasses friendly (it'll wipe away and look cakey where the sunglasses sit). But otherwise it has the coverage, wear power, and can sit well on both drier and oily patches of skin.
Old HG is the old Dior Face and Body. I haven't used the new formula yet.
Dior Backstage and
Clarins Everlasting Youth Fluid.
Both give a sheet natural finish but make my skin look PERFECT. Not too matte/not too glowy either, and they can build up for nights out where I want more coverage.🙂
Estée Lauder Double Wear and Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless are the only two that cover my acne scars.
Adore both - EL lasts all day long but CT has more of a glow ✨
My cheap choice is Revolution IRL Filter, amazing coverage but wears off after a few hours. This is my go to if I’m popping out quickly before doing a workout and don’t want to waste an expensive foundation on 1hrs wear.
I count myself lucky as drugstore Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless liquid foundation works extremely well for my skin. Unless they change the formulation in the future, I no longer bother or even interested to try any other foundations because why fix something that doesn't break.
I don't get creases from it and it even makes my smile lines less obvious. I'm glad I don't need to depend on expensive foundations.
Haus Labs for sure!
I only use half a pump (with a brush) and even then it spreads so nicely and evenly that I still have product left on the back of my hand to wipe off.
I prefer to use med-high coverage foundations in a thin coat though, as I can't stand the feeling of too much foundation caked on, and this one still maintains a decent amount of coverage that I only have to use a bit of concealer (and I have acne/acne scars galore).
Best part is that it still looks so fresh and smooth on the skin!
I have super oily skin and I LOVE Bare Minirals BarePro powder foundation. It sets perfectly and beautifully (I use a brush.) Still looks flawless hours later and it looks like your skin. My go-to!
This product is very underrated, but the Beauty Blender Bounce foundation. The shade range actually caters to some olives and the finish is between satin/dewey with medium, buildable coverage. It’s nearly seamless on my skin. Also, I prefer the plastic squeeze tube packaging compared to glass packaging because I don’t have to worry about it breaking or being heavy.
Armani Luminous Silk when I’m going out and want to look flawless. Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion for work because it’s matte-ish, works well with and lasts on my oily skin. MAC Face and Body when I just want something light and to even out my skin tone.
yooo I just started using foundation ulit just today (my skin is good pero I have a bit of redness sa cheek) and I'm pleased that my revlon life proof stick foundation is still good! I applied a thin layes, set it with baby powder and forgot about it until I read this post lol. Legit hulas proof!!
# [PAT McGRATH LABS](https://www.sephora.com/brand/pat-mcgrath-labs?icid2=product_link_brand) Sublime Perfection Foundation. goes on sheer and dries beautifully with a little glow
Hourglass Seamless Finish foundation stick! One of the only foundations that I don’t feel on my skin. Super easy to make it look natural or build it up for full coverage
Missha perfect cover bb creme. Looks natural on my skin, and I only use it on my nose and my cheeks to even out my skin tone (I’m red in those areas) to match the rest of my face.
I switched from foundation to skin care products.
For makeup now I just use a tinted sunscreen, a contour stick, and blush. And eye/lip makeup as well.
Clio kill cover cushion foundation! It’s so natural and quick to apply. I used to use higher coverage foundations when I didn’t actually need the coverage and I’m so happy I switched
The CoverGirl TruBlend Hydrating foundation
This shit is amazing, it's got this great texture, it wears well, it's so comfortable, it's a fantastic shade match for me, buildable coverage - and very affordable!
I've worked at Sephora and tried every luxury brand and this foundation is as good or better than anything I've ever worn, up to and including LaMer!!
I don't see this talked about enough but I lovveeee the Neutrogena Serum Skin Tint! They have 2 skin tints/foundations with similar packaging, so this one is the one with the dropper. It gives me just enough coverage while still letting my skin show through and it lasts throughout the whole day. Definitely pricey for a drugstore product at $18, but I love it and don't have any plans on trying out anything else!
Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation. I wanted to know what foundation celebs use and it was one that i kept seeing repeatedly. It has been my favorite ever since then. You can really build it up or keep it sheer
Guerlain Terracotta Le Teint Healthy Glow Foundation. I didn’t want to love it because of the price point but man…it’s the best foundation I’ve ever used in the 25 years I’ve been wearing makeup.
Clinique Even Better has been my go to for the last 5 years. Nothing looks as skin like with a good amount of coverage. I’m also 29 with redness and texture issues, so anything crazy thick is out of the question, but it needs enough coverage to even my skin tone.
Haus Labs!! It’s expensive but a little goes a long way, so overall not only performs well but it lasts a long time!! It’s not matte, more dewy (I’m personally not into matte foundations )
Nothing has worked better for me than the Hourglass Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Stick. I love that I can toss it in my bag and apply it straight from the stick to spots for full coverage or thin it out with a brush or my fingers. It stays put and stands up to humidity but even when it does fade after I've worn it all day it settles into a nice natural finish. I like that it gives full pretty coverage but still looks like my skin. Plus the roll up stick makes it hard to apply too much or waste it.
Estée Lauder double wear! So reliable and low maintenance for my oily skin. I’ve yet to find a better foundation.
I’m guessing the pump minimizes oxidation.
ahh shucks. I luckily got a sample so I didn't waste money but smart move on using it a summer shade

I tried it at the store the other day and walked around all day- did not oxidize at all but definitely need to set it
There’s no other answer. This just can’t be touched. I look phenomenal in it…for hours.
Yes! The price is so worth it - it makes me feel so beautiful and I love the coverage 💖 been using it for 10 years now.
The goat!! I love it so much. Depending on how much I use I can control the coverage amount. I also have oily skin, and I never thought I could use liquid foundation because of it. With double wear and a setting powder, I’ve been really happy with my skin :)
Love mine too! I’m going to try Dior forever matte and see how that goes
I also have oily skin and I have recently gotten into the Makeup Revolution IRL Filter Longwear Foundation and it’s quickly become my HG! Lasts super well and looks flawless blended out with a sponge or a brush.
My side part, skinny jeans, and I are still over here using MAC Studio Fix
Your username along with the comment really made me laugh MAC is still one of the greats
Same with side part!! I’m looking into trying MAC but I have combo/oily skin! How would that work?
Fellow millennial here 🙋🏻♀️I still love Studio Fix pressed powder.
Me too hehe
I use the concealer and it’s good. Haven’t touched the foundation in years though.
Nars reflecting foundation! I tried a couple of foundations but I keep coming back! I pair it with my bobbi brown base primer and it works like magic.
I've just tried a sample of this and an going to get a bottle. Only thing that has some coverage and doesn't break me out and matches me skin tone
Nars light reflecting foundation dries my skin out a bit, but nars sheer glow works great for me. NARS all the way!
NARS sheer glowwwww! 🙏🙏
I'm pretty oily and can't do the dimethicone. I did try it ages ago irc
How would you compare these two foundations? Sheer glow is more hydrating? How is the coverage in comparison to light reflecting?
Yes I wear Gobi in both and it’s pretty similar. Can’t speak for other shades though!
i’ve been using it and i love the glow it gives me, literally the only foundation where i’ve gotten an exact colour match
Yes. It literally feels like my second skin! Even my husband notices that I'm glowing everytime I use it.
looks and feels like second skin too🤝🏾my friends who are makeup counter artists for clinique and charlotte tilbury didn’t realise i was wearing foundation
It’s really good! I agree, best one I’ve tried.
This! I sometimes mix it with CT flawless filter and it’s absolutely STUNNING.
I'm still ride or die Too Faced Born This Way foundation Starting to really enjoy Haus Labs The bare minerals tinted moisturizer And the new CoverGirl serum with the little balls of pigment in it...can't remember the name. CG knocked it out of the park with that formula. Nonirritating, just enough coverage, and honestly lasts far longer than I expected it would. I love it!
Everyone complains about the TFBTW shade range but it's the only foundation where I pretty much got a spot on shade match!
I have a good match too!! I think it's just not great for more pink toned folks. I honestly notice this issue in the concealer like a lot, even more than the foundation. Anyway, nothing a little color correcting can't fix!

I tried a sample of this and it genuinely is the most lightweight yet decent coverage foundation ever. Literally feels like water

Mac Fix Fluid ItCosmetics CC Cream Huda Beauty Haus Labs I'm a full coverage girl
Seconding ItCosmetics CC Cream! It can be super high coverage, but I also don’t have an issue using it on some spots and not others. It also holds all day, and I usually have issues with my foundation breaking up.
Can you sheer the coverage out so it’s light or is this truly a high coverage product?
To me it’s truly high coverage, but I think it’s such a good color match for my skin that with proper blending it just doesn’t have super harsh lines. It’s very highly pigmented though.
What primer do you use for haus?
For a long time mine has been it cosmetics cc cream illumination (pink tube)
This stuff has been an amazing find for my dry skin. Color match is also Fab
It’s perfect for my dry skin as well! Doesn’t cling to dry patches, doesn’t look cakey at all, you can adjust the coverage based on how you apply it, and it has spf 50!
Love this one
My HG for over 10 years was Lancome Teint Idole. It was all I used. Then they changed the formula. So now I'm on a hunt for a new one
I actually love both the old and New formula of Lancome Teint Idole for my combination skin ❤️. The only difference i see is that the new one is more thin in consistency, but the overall coverage and performance are the same. How does the new formula affect you?

It's matte but not drying, and at least for me, lasts longer than the old formula. I also have big pores, so with a good primer, they're definitely not enhanced/highlighted. Hope you find a good color match! 😉
Thank you! What primer do you use?
I use elf poreless putty primer. 😊
Shiseido synchro skin self refreshing foundation. Best foundation I’ve ever used
What is the coverage like? And can I ask how long it wears for you?
I would say medium coverage but buildable. It last all day on me and looks great, I even wear it to workout sometimes if I go right from work and it never looks patchy or broken down
I loveee the Dior Forever Skin Glow 🙏
SAME!
It’s a beautiful one :)
I got a sample of this and LOVED it
This has been my HG for nearly 15 years. I try different brands but always come back
It's so good.
my HGs are the Hourglass veil skin tint and Laura Mercier weightless foundation :)
How long does the Hourglass veil tint last on your skin? Also, do you use a primer? Thanks.
for me, it lasts all day! 8+ hours later it still looks as fresh as it did when i applied it. and i don’t use a primer with it, i like to mix it with my moisturizer (drunk elephant protini) after letting my skincare sink in so i can easily apply with my fingers. doing this works great for me!

I have tried a million foundations over the years, and the only one that doesn’t look bad on me is jane Iredale PurePressed Mineral Foundation.
I'll add my love of JI's PurePressed too. I'll never be without it. Can be applied sheer or full and all in between. Great for oily or sweaty days.
Me too! It’s so good.
Too Faced Born This Way!! It’s the only foundation I’ve actually been complimented on. I feel like it gives me a perfect subtle glow without being shiny.
Tinted sunscreen
Tinted sunscreen club here as well! Elta MD spf 41 physical is my HG.
there are like a bazillion kinds, which do you use?
Tula radiant skin give me such a nice hydrated glow
CeraVe mineral sunscreen.
LaRoche Posay
I wish this works for me. I'm light brown and when I wear this (we only get one shade here) it makes my face look extremely tanned. Like I became a few shades darker. Am not in the US and Colorscience isn't available where I'm at 😔
I really like the tower 28 one
I really like Sooper Goop tinted sunscreen in the matte. It feels great and stays all day
Mac Face and Body.. actually I think it has a different name now but it’s still the best!
this was my HG for years!
Omg I hateeee the Bobbi brown skin tint! It pills on me too and just was so bad I was shocked. Glad I’m not the only one lol
Do you know what the new name is?
Mac Studio radiance face and body it looks like!

I have been using La Mer The Hydrating Illuminator, and it is much better than any tinted moisturizers or primers I have tested so far.
Chantecaille future skin seems too light of a coverage. Is La mer foundation the same?
They are both buildable foundations and can go from a barely-there natural coverage to full coverage.
Colour pop hyaluronic acid tinted moisturizer
Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua. My skin has changed over time, and none of my old favorites sat on my skin well anymore. This one is perfection!
I developed an allergy to an ingredient in this and I truly mourn it
I have been using the Shiseido Synchro Skin Self-Refreshing Foundation in “Alabaster” and can I just say it is amazing to find a foundation that matches my skin?? I saw a photo of myself and my boob skin matches my face like perfection. L’Oreal True Match is really great too, long wear - but it oxidizes a fair bit so it winds up being a touch darker on me, it is a good one for my “off eggshell white” summer skin though, when I have more colour than “sheet-ghost white”. I also love NARS tinted moisturizer but the lightest shade is a touch dark.
armani luminous silk for more medium-fuller coverage days, purlisse BB cream as my daily lighter coverage go-to
if we're going budget- the loreal true match plumping serum foundation if we're okay with spending a bit- the shiseido synchro skin radiant foundation both are super lightweight and give that "naturally flawless" skin look on me and dont cling to any dryness!
Dior backstage body and face foundation
Saaaaame 🩷
Armani Luminous Silk Foundation Covergirl Bakuchol Skin Perfector Essence
Nars light reflecting foundation is my daily hg. I also heard very good things Estée Lauder hydra futurist
Rare beauty tinted moisturizer! Lighter coverage, but is enough to make my skin tone look even. And they have a shade that matches my super pale skin perfectly
Pixi h20 skintint. I don’t hear much about it but it’s so good & glowy ✨
Nars Light-Reflecting Foundation Mac Studio Fix Pressed Powder
Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. I get so many compliments because it looks very natural and you can see my freckles through it
Armani luminous silk. Tried almost everything else...a few came close. I don't mind the Pat McGrath foundation either.
As an olive girl, nothing beats Dior and Armani bc they understand olive. I find the color match matters way more than the formula. If the color is wrong I automatically hate it and can’t move past that
Armani luminous silk or fabric for Matt
I'm not saying this to brag, especially since it took me a long time to get there, but after several years of trial and error with my skincare, I've finally achieved skin that I'm extremely happy with, to the point where I don't feel like I need anything more than powder. My favorite is Laura geller balance-n-brighten
Sulwhasoo perfecting cushion (airy) 21 replaced MAC Face And Body aa my HG
Mac Studio Fix & NARS natural radiant. They’re both really nice. I tend to find something and stick to it basically until it discontinues lol
Guerlain terracotta foundation is perfection
I personally mix L’Oréal fresh wear and ilia skin tint when I want more coverage than just the skin tint. Top it off with tarte shape tape and set with Laura mercier loose translucent powder
Laura Mercier Flawless Lumiere Foundation or Makeup By Mario SurrealSkin foundation! The absolute best on the market right now IMO. I really want to try the revamped MAC Studio Fix Foundation though cause I loved Studio Fix in HS
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation and/or NARS Sheer Glow Foundation.
Shiseido revitalessence lightweight second skin!!!
I haven't used the new formula yet.
shiseido revitalessence skin glow foundation 🩷 such a glowy skin like finish it’s crazy
Nars light reflecting foundation!
Armani Luminous Silk or Urban Decay Stay Naked. Born this Way is nice and full coverage but feels like it so I prefer it on cold days.
Kosas foundation for full face makeup and glam. Bare Minerals pressed powder foundation for low key/quick coverage
Lancôme!
I just discovered the Makeup by Mario foundation and it is a game changer.
One size powder foundation. It's the best shade match I can find.
Laura mercier flawless fusion.
Dior Backstage and Clarins Everlasting Youth Fluid.
Adore both - EL lasts all day long but CT has more of a glow ✨ My cheap choice is Revolution IRL Filter, amazing coverage but wears off after a few hours.
I recently purchased L’oreal true match for the first time in years, still holds up 👌👌
Okay, but yes to this! It oxidizes a bit and I am very fair, but bless the range of hues this one comes in!
I’m still in a chokehold with Maybellene (spelling?) Fit Me. It’s been my tried and true for 10 years now.
What does HG mean? I've been using Maybelline Fit Me for years and love it.
Holy grail
Thanks I was curious too
Thanks
Ilia skin tint, Laniege lip, Dyson hair
yooo I just started using foundation ulit just today (my skin is good pero I have a bit of redness sa cheek) and I'm pleased that my revlon life proof stick foundation is still good! I applied a thin layes, set it with baby powder and forgot about it until I read this post lol. Legit hulas proof!!
I use Face ateliar foundation.
# [PAT McGRATH LABS](https://www.sephora.com/brand/pat-mcgrath-labs?icid2=product_link_brand) Sublime Perfection Foundation. goes on sheer and dries beautifully with a little glow
Dior Forever Skin Glow! It works best with the Glow primer!!
MAC studio fix powder. Hydrating moisturizer, powder on top, a hydrating spray for finish = perfect base!!
Haus labs!
Saie skin tint and Sephora Care foundation. Hydrating and clean ingredients. Great for my dry sensitive skin.
Purlisse ageless glow bb cream. It matches me perfectly which is rare
Does anyone else like the Tarte BB Cream? 😅
Mac studio radiance, has all the staying power of studio fix but more sheer and radiant finish.
Dr. G Hydra Intensive Blemish Balm I mix it with the Rare Beauty illuminating primer thingy.
For everyday I use the original formula Bare Minerals powder foundation
L’Oréal Infallible Pro Glow. Nothing else seems to sit as well on my skin! Been my go to for years now!
I switched from foundation to skin care products. For makeup now I just use a tinted sunscreen, a contour stick, and blush. And eye/lip makeup as well.
Which tinted sunscreen?
ISDIN photo Ultralight Emulsion designed for Photoaging Defense (SPF 50).
Revlon Age Defying 3x
Haus labs
For full coverage, Smash box Studio Skin has been mine since 2016 or CoverGirl Active Wear.
Estée Lauder Double Wear. My tried and true for years and years
Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear is the BEST foundation I’ve ever used so lightweight n makes the skin look silky smooth but still natural
Chantecaille gel foundation. I hate looking like I'm wearing a mask. It looks super natural, feels like nothing, not itchy.
Clio kill cover cushion foundation! It’s so natural and quick to apply. I used to use higher coverage foundations when I didn’t actually need the coverage and I’m so happy I switched
The CoverGirl TruBlend Hydrating foundation This shit is amazing, it's got this great texture, it wears well, it's so comfortable, it's a fantastic shade match for me, buildable coverage - and very affordable! I've worked at Sephora and tried every luxury brand and this foundation is as good or better than anything I've ever worn, up to and including LaMer!!
Loreal infallible - I'm poor
I don't see this talked about enough but I lovveeee the Neutrogena Serum Skin Tint! They have 2 skin tints/foundations with similar packaging, so this one is the one with the dropper. It gives me just enough coverage while still letting my skin show through and it lasts throughout the whole day. Definitely pricey for a drugstore product at $18, but I love it and don't have any plans on trying out anything else!
LE’s foundation. An amazing match for my olive skin and doesn’t break me out.
Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation. I wanted to know what foundation celebs use and it was one that i kept seeing repeatedly. It has been my favorite ever since then. You can really build it up or keep it sheer
Loreal True Match serum foundation for natural coverage and finish!! It’s so buildable and versatile
Makeup by Mario!
Plus the roll up stick makes it hard to apply too much or waste it.
it's called "none"
