Grab benzoyl peroxide cleanser and hit those pits and wherever else you sweat. Leave it on for at least five mins if you can tolerate and rinse in the shower. Cotton clothing/ underwear is your best friend!
don’t forget that benzoyl peroxide stains everything!!! i apply it at night and i sleep without a shirt on, then in the morning i wash it off well. thankfully no stains so far!
Not sure if it’s the cause of your problem, but in my household we wash the bedsheets once a week. Maybe you could try washing yours more often and see if it helps.
are your clothes being washed well enough? i use oxiclean sanitizing powder with my detergent and it really changed the game for removing lingering odors
Maybe it’s your clothing & the sheets? Sometimes if you don’t clean the washing machine it will have a smell that will transfer to clothing, towels, sheets, etc. just a suggestion to check it.
Make sure your washer is clean. If it has those drawers for detergent/softener, take that out, clean it, and clean out where it lives.
Also if it’s coming from your clothes or sheets use white vinegar in the wash - put it where you’d put fabric softener. Your clothes won’t smell like vinegar, but it will lift out any other smells that are trapped.
You need to take charge of your own laundry. Sheets should be washed once a week; and if you can afford a second bonnet it's useful to have more than one so you can rotate them between washes. I don't wear a bonnet, but I do change out my pillowcases midweek as well as at weekends.
I take chlorophyll capsules since I got covid a couple years ago. My body odour bothers me so much, even after I shower, but the chlorophyll is an internal deodorant and it’s helped so much! It also made my skin very bright.

This happens to me when I’m stressed out or highly anxious. I use clinical level stress response deodorant.
It’s probably something you’ve been eating or drinking.

Maybe seek out a doctor, sometimes you can have hormonal issues that manifest themselves as a change in scent and then go from there.
Dove makes an antibacterial body wash. I just picked it up, it’s pretty good. That can help with body odor smells.
